1) I want to bring attention to this more recent arrest of Liliana del Carmen Campos Puello, alias “Madame,” who prosecutors called “the biggest pimp in Cartagena”. Why? Because there are connections in Cartagena.

2) She promised the girls work in exotic locations and offered to process work visas for free. When the girls got their, they realized they had been recruited as sex workers and were not free to leave. Campos sent the girls to “sex parties” throughout the world, authorities said.
3) Investigators said they found tourist operations and hotels known for catering to sex tourism to commonly have girls between the ages of 14 to 17 available as sex workers.
4) Campos has a criminal record that includes trafficking heroin and overstaying a visa in the United States, Colombian prosecutors noted. She denied all new charges during a Monday hearing, according to Miami’s El Heraldo. Here is another article: thesun.co.uk/news/6921599/c…

6) Here is just a partial section from the article. The Clintons and Giustra were operating in Cartagena. The Clintons claimed to have a training school for girls to train them in the "hospitality industry, ports & logistics". The school doesn't exist. 
7) Yet, they make the claim they have helped 3,000 young Colombians learn skills in these areas. What a backwards disturbing claim. Not only that, their "intention" was to "train" 20,000 students within 10 years. And the gov of Canada invested $600k.
8) In a Wikileaks email it also stated there were 2 Colombia based investors (names not mentioned) who financed an additional $500k for the Center. The "Center" which is registered in Canada and operating in Cartagena.

9) They all seem to really like investing in the "hospitality industry" and building up all of their resort hotels in other countries so they can carry out their sick games.
10) One last point: It is very plausible there is a NXIVM connection based on the fact there have been several arrests, and the fact that these girls in Cartagena were also "branded". How much time before they reel in one of the true ring leaders? HRC
