I began August with a bit of a code lesson into the real story behind special counsels and Attorney General Session's statutory mandate...

Taking the story of SC Mueller a little deeper, it's helpful again to look at US Code for what it has to say... as I've said many times, there is a difference between an SC and an SP... suffice it to say #TrustSessions the #SilentExecutioner

DYK that under current law, the entire idea that either SC Mueller or SP Huber being "independent" is wrong? Fact, there is no longer a 3 judge panel selecting these individuals, it's either the POTUS or AG Sessions... read the Code.

BTW: Huber has much more power than Mueller... Essentially Mueller looks for criminality & seeks indictments & Huber indicts, empanels Grand Juries AND prosecutes... Not only that, if AG Sessions believes charges shoud have been brought & wern't, HE CAN appoint another SC.

To answer Nappy's question... NO Huber is NOT an SC in disguise. We already know Huber does not wish to come to DC to impanel an GJ, so guess what, the next steps revert to Sessions as per US Code. Secondly, no FOIA does NOT cover FISA, the only person who can unredact is POTUS.

Now that we have that settled, let's take a look at everything happening to date regarding these cases. First up, we've seen from the unsealed indictments that the most depraved have taken quite the center stage in our judicial system... I know, FINALLY right? #Pray4TheChildren

We've also seen some of the most corrupt organizations feeding all that depravity come down... not just in the US, but world wide... Q thanks Dopey... Guess that puts to rest his BS about a "friendly" meeting with the House of Saud back last November, eh?

All this going on & not one word from the #FakeNews Guess now is a good time to review their abdocation in legal terms... "Reasonable care" and "Neighbor" are two legal terms they would be wise to brush up on. Especially since they set the standard in their own Code of Ethics.

Here's a very good example of where they failed in their own legal responsibilities "to take reasonable care to avoid" that which could be legally proven to harm "anyone closely or directly affected by their omission"

So, let's recap... a missile was launched at both Hawaii and AF1, no one reported it, and it's pretty clear the enemy wasn't foreign. "ThesePeopleAreStupid so stupid, their coverup would be laughable if it weren't so serious. But then, war usually is, right?

Looks like something happened in London too... wonder what that could be given the POTUS was just there a week before...🤔

Brussels had a disruption the next day too...very interesting. Wonder what's up? Seems whatever "big is about to drop" is connected, don't ya think? #DoItQ

So let's take a trip down memory lane...All this depravity, criminality all with carefully & systematically collected EVIDENCE. FVEY? Pay for Play, spying on 20+ countries from NZ & more. Isn't all this, by definition, an "act of war" committed by both foreign & domestic enemies?

Think it's time to review what we conventionally call "high crimes" in the US... read this slide carefully, now what it says, understand what it means... everything we've been watching unfold is covered under these codes. Don't forget to pray, rabid dogs are very dangerous.

Yes, the UCMJ was amended on Mar 1, 2018. The text of those amendments took effect immediately, the jurisdictional changes as amended take effect Jan 1, 2019. But don't worry, we still have the sealed indictments in civil courts... as Q says, "we got it all."

I am ending this particular thread with a bit of musing... An Anon asked if GTMO was full... Q responded that another facility is being readied. So I ended my night with a bit of playing... hey, we need jails, right? Lots of really secure jails.
