In the 70's "Woodstein" went after the Nixon admin with unshakeable perseverance, using all the tools of investigative journalism available. Today, they rail against Trump, pushing narratives that are so shoddy that they've become caricatures of the journalists they once were....
And as if that weren't bad enough, they consciously ignore huge developing stories on the scale of Watergate, or worse, and aggressively attempt to discredit those who are desperately trying to get at the truth...i.e.#DevinNunes
Since the advent of the internet, it has become increasingly clear to thinking people that the media (the establishment media) is simply an armament in the arsenal of the Democrat Party-its propaganda department-and this is why it characterizes alternative media as "fake"...
pushing back against Trump's rightly calling them out as #FakeNews since he's borne the brunt of their most zealous attack campaigns to date. The reason it's so clearly the case is the undisputable fact that the very same media was totally AWOL during the 8 years of Obama's admin
All the above is why the media have lost all credibility, why so many turn to alternative media sources online, why so many feel "frustrated" at the constant attacks on alternative media and those who commend it. Journalism is not dead though, just born again. #100Newspapers
