"Compulsion" in this context is equivalent to Pavlov's Dogs salivating at the sound of the Bell (trigger). Conditioned, not genuine, designed for a purpose (behavior/mind control). Once aware of it, logical examination of compulsive behavior is required.

Another important similarity between trauma based #MindControl/#TertiaryStructuralDissociation & Pavlov's Dogs is that the compulsive behavior can be triggered in the absence of the original stimuli that created the compulsion (which for the dogs was food with the bell at first).
In the #MindControl survivor, the original stimulus would be the abuser/torture/pain/fear (i.e. danger) of the programming event. When presented w/ the secondary trigger (bell/code word), conditioned compulsion will take executive control of the body EVEN IN THE ABSENCE OF DANGER
For example, when I #SayBraveThings, sometimes I vomit or become terrified or get shakes/chills. This is a programmed (conditioned) part(s) inside of me doing the compulsive behavior out of fear they will be tortured again if they don't. So even when no one is around to hurt me,
which makes it physically impossible for any of them to actually harm me in that moment, I end up harming myself on their behalf, because the compulsive response is violent on the body & can be detrimental to the mind/individual. This is the essence of #MindControl. #QAnon @POTUS
They lie & tell us as children that when we experience this, it's because they can see & know everything we do and they can get to us no matter where we are even in our dreams and bullsh*t like that. So when these symptoms happen, we think they still have control of us remotely.
But this is only true in metaphor: the only "control" they still have at this point is remote in TIME only, not physical location. The TORTURE created the control via the compulsion that the victim later acts out EVEN WITHOUT THE ABUSER NEEDING TO BE PRESENT TO TRIGGER THE VICTIM
So when the symptoms (compulsive behaviors) happen, the aware #MindControl survivor can appropriately recognize them as LIES told to a CHILD to cover up CRIMES. It's not easy to break the programming, but recognizing & understanding it definitely diminishes symptoms/compulsions.
