So @facebook is making a lot of changes & here's my little rant. No, I am not being censored. .However, they removed page "reviews" and replaced it with recommendations. It's not as helpful, not as visible & is a PITA. As an admin, I have to screenshot the recommends & post them.
Secondly, @facebook has a pinned post option for groups. Since they've started their improvements, I've been unable to unpin a previously pinned post and replace it with a new one. It's a problem. I need to be able to pin new posts in a group.
Third, @facebook has a glitch with "spam" posts. Several glitches actually. I post things to "self only" view to read later. If I then delete it, I get a message that "FB has removed your post." They didn't, I did.
Along the same lines, in regards to spam, @facebook is removing any post I post twice. This is simplistic thinking because I admin groups. So if I put a post on my wall and then in a group, FB is removing one and calling it spam. It's not. It's just posted in two different areas
And then 1 compliment. In regards to the spam issue, @facebook is now giving me the option to give immediate feedback & that is good. I can rate it and give a detailed explanation of the issue. I don't have this for all of my FB issues but it's a good start #SocialMedia
Once again, kudos to @facebook . I know that the *spam* issue is a glitch and they let me report it. The post was restored. It's a pain to have to do this but it is helpful that they let me explain it and they restored it within minutes #SocialMedia
