Every candidate raised up how the homelessness rate has blown up by upwards of 30% under @LibbySchaaf’s administration. Her rebuttal? “Every city on the West Coast has seen homelessness rates rise the same as Oakland’s.” FLAT OUT LIE.
This was a young person who said he’s from East Oakland, where most of Black Oakland is. Instead of drawing him in, establishment Democrats admonished and mocked him. This is why they will continue to lose.
