Dec 1 2016-Flynn and Kushner meet with Kislyak, the Russian ambassador, at Trump Tower. Kislyak “wanted to convey information from what he called his ‘generals’ about U.S. policy in Syria.”

Dec 22 2016-Flynn calls Kislyak and asks if Russia would delay or defeat a UN Security Council resolution vote to condemn Israel’s building of settlements in the West Bank. Obama admin agreed to allow resolution to come up for a vote angering Netanyahu. The UN resolution passed
