2. Eleven former employees are on the record stating that it was impossible, not improbable, to build cars in volume by then and they told that to Elon Musk. Therefore, he misrepresented material facts while raising capital.

$BIBB @f2harrell @statsepi Can you spot the difference between the two slides? I think yes. The doses of 2.5 and 5 mg/kg ( biweekly and monthly) are missing in the first slide. What do they show? Drug performed NO Better than placebo at lower doses! Cherry picking, are we?
$bibb I do not understand the significance of the cognition scale but ADCOMS is believed to be superior. Are the differences at high doses clinically relevant?
$bibb. 3. Finally why use SEM for the error bars? SEM estimates the precision and uncertainty of how the study sample represents the underlying population. SD SD estimates the variability in the "study" sample.

$lfin 3. The CEO has disclosed information that was not publicly known. STRIKE 1 . If the shares were under lockup agreement by insiders and released for sale , they had to file Sec Form 4, within 2 business days of March 11. STRIKE 2.
