Always talk with teachers about third party presenters. Your child deserves medically ethical, accurate, LGBT inclusive comprehensive health education.

Organizations listed below cannot provide it because they are agenda based.

New national guidelines for sexual health education are coming.

Anti-choice organizations cannot meet this criteria.

Most antichoice presentations are provided by pregnancy care centres that are affiliated with the Canadian Association of Pregnancy Support Services (CAPSS) & must sign Core Documents including the following:

(Note: these groups define most contraception as abortifacient )

Our hope is that the new curriculum will exclude agenda based groups from health class but until/unless it does, parents and stakeholder will have to take it to the school and board level.

We believe that all youth have the right to complete, unbiased, and inclusive health education.

Edmonton Public School Board, Calgary Board of Education and St. Albert Public Schools have removed these groups. Many more school boards avoid them.

These groups conflict with the inclusive environment our schools provide.

In addition to school education, some of these groups are offering services/education to sexual assault survivors and victims.

This is unacceptable and may be harmful.

The Catholic schools have been notorious for giving terrible health education.
In Edmonton, the #fakeclinic has a TeenStar - teach the teacher program. Their propaganda will not be third party because it will be delivered by the teacher.
Always ask about lessons.

In Red Deer Catholic, students received a dose of anti-Semitism as the Holocaust was diminished in an attempt to attack abortion.
The presentation may have changed but the group was not blocked.

We want to draw attention to the claim by CCBR (the gore flyer & banner people).

They state that Catholic and Reform schools invite them in. When they are not invited in, they set up gore displays outside of schools bypassing parental consent.

We missed one. So Cochrane Pregnancy Care Centre gets special mention.
United Way identifies they are teaching Sexual Integrity. #Cochrane #Fakeclinic is silent on their website about it.
