4/ He spent $3.3 Million of someone's money, via an attorney, to purchase chips so that the Castle had enough money to make an $18 Million bond payment. He gave the Castle a certified check from Manufacturers Hanover Trust Co

6/ The Attorney did all the work. He established a front money account for Fred and when it was ready, he withdrew $3.35Million. This was December 17, 1990.
7/ The same day, a Castle dealer at a blackjack table paid out the entire amount in gray, $5,000 chips. Based on the investigation, no gambling took place by anyone..
The next day, December 18, $150K was wired to the front money account.

8/ That same day, a pit clerk made out a customer withdrawal form to Howard Snyder and he received $150K in chips.
The Gaming division determined it was a violation of N.J.S.A 5:12-95.12a.

9/ Well, The Castle entered into a settlement agreement with the division and was imposed a fine of just $65,000.
That's alot of money being washed, for so little.
Conclusion: Investigated, settled, no additional Investigation needed.
