In his speech (linked above) @GenFlynn emphasized the #FACT that #WethePeople are never more than a generation away from losing our Constitution & all the Liberty & Sovereignty it protects. The people must EARN their continued Liberty by taking a stand & fighting to protect it.
Our Constitution explicitly declares that the rights the document protects are inherent - as in God given, "inalienable." But just because these are God given rights doesn't mean that Man (or #Cannibals) can't & won't try to take these rights away or keep us from realizing them.

In criminal proceedings, there are two elements that clearly indicate a willful bad action rather than an error or mistake. The first is "Awareness of Guilt" & the second is "INTENT to break the Law." These two elements are going to be VERY important as we move forward. #WWG1WGA
Awareness of guilt & intent to break the law preclude the defendant from claiming ignorance, negligence, or coercion. When FBI & FISA Signers went about their Treason & Sedition, their actions clearly established they KNEW it was illegal & chose to do it anyway (Awareness/Intent)
Recognize also that violating the Oath of Office is a crime in and of itself. Taking the oath under false pretense with the intent to subvert it is TREASON. Treason is and always has been punishable by DEATH. This is not a game. #WeThePeople MUST hold these criminals accountable.
