I wonder: would the GOP be so keen on continuing to a vote with Kavanaugh if, in solidarity with Dr. Blasey, millions of American women who have been victims of previously unreported sexual assault stand up to do the same alongside her in solidarity?
Statutes of Limitations be damned:

There is no SOL on filing a police report, only on prosecution.

Every survivor can still file reports so law enforcement has the information, in the event future charges come forward against the perpetrator, or past charges need corroboration.
For those of us who are no longer in a position where we may be threatened by the assailant, for those of us who have enough distance between us and our assaults...

For those of us who shared #WhyIDidntReport ...
I propose:

if and when the Senate schedules a vote, that we descend, en masse, to file police reports - anonymous, if necessary - to help them understand just how many women don't report when they're still in shock from trauma, which can take years, even decades, to subside.
And that years later, we're still victims... but we will not stand by and simply watch as millions of victims are retraumatized because the GOP refuses to nominate a non-compromised individual to the land's highest court...
This debate is no longer one that should demand recalcitrance through spurious concern trolling:

that all men should be scared and resist, because if they did something back when they were 17....

No. If they schedule a vote, it's about WHICH men should be scared.
And it's about teaching boys that they will be held liable for their actions;
even if they can manipulate their victims into obedience and silence for a short time...

This cycle will be broken.
If we treat this as a watershed moment, where we all wipe the slate clean - and repeat the mass reporting once a year, allowing those whose situations have changed enabling them to share the information, it can become clear:

Serial predators will not be able to escape time.
And the scheduling of it about a month or so before the election? Well, thanks to the GOP's timing, that would simply be a happy coincidence!
Happy October Surprise, boys!

Interesting. It's just gotta be a coincidence that Psy-Group's friends and targets of politically-motivated catfishing of Never-Trump GOP operatives both Rilly, Rilly love the Mandarin Oriental in DC....

Finally finished working through this article.

No new reveals about what was actually going on, but some interesting bits about the NYT refusal to run the story and current Senate investigation...

BUT....
newyorker.com/magazine/2018/…
unfortunately, yet again, nobody addresses the fact that the first spike in communications started THE SAME DAY the IL SBOE was breached...

and like i've been saying for a while...
elections.il.gov/Downloads/Abou…
if @VickerySec or others were to look at the timing of spikes in communications with breaches of other state election boards (or other corporate, political, or government entities holding data that could be used to improve triangulation with the facebook data already breached)...

Note: the article states that the pledges were made just after DCLeaks started releasing emails from the DNC - but neglects to mention 7 emails between Smith and IL RNC Committeeman Richard Porter also leaked.

evidence below...
7 of the ~250 emails the Russians released from the GOP were between Peter W. Smith's personal address and Richard Porter's ilgop.org address.
Go ahead. Read 'em yourselves.

Why don't we ask @ryangrim - was it really a democratic senate staffer that *initially* leaked the existence of the Blasey Ford letter to you?

Or might it have come from, say, inside another House near the hill?
Couldn't the tip have come from another House where they felt it necessary to get that information out,

because the real value of the Kavanaugh nomination was to yield a counterpoint against which to cast future allegations of sexual assault against teenage girls?
Another instance for the head of that house to point to and say 'see, the American public really doesn't care about past transgressions against women?'

Problem is, that's not what happened.

A tip to all 12 year old girls:

Knee to the crotch, and fingers to the eyes.
Dig out as much tissue as you can, then go to straight to the police.

They'll know you aren't fucking around when you have scleral and corneal cells under your fingernails.
If you can't use your hands, try your teeth.

Goal is to get cells from places that wouldn't be accessible from his hairbrush or garbage can.
If he's sticking his tongue in your mouth, you can try to bite it off. It might be easier to bite a hole in his lip, though.

The tongue will heal quickly, though.

One question for @SenatorCollins @SenSasse @JeffFlake @Sen_JoeManchin

Is Kavanaugh the best qualified candidate for the Supreme Court?

No other candidate on the Federalist Society's list would be equally or more qualified while being less divisive?
Is he really the ONLY one who could possibly fill that seat?

Or is Kavanaugh the only one whose nomination and ascent will give cover to the charges you know are coming against Trump?
Who was it that leaked the story of Dr. Blasey's letter to the Intercept again, anyway?

Wouldn't a Senate Judiciary staffer be able to push the story to a more reputable media outlet?

🤔
