The White House and then the Supreme Court will host the two ceremonies necessary for the Justice to take his seat on Monday.

(2) Brett M. Kavanaugh will soon be the 102nd Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the USA. He has earned this highest honor throughout his life, inspired by his trailblazing mother, Judge Martha Kavanaugh.

His title for these few hours is Associate Justice Designate.
(3) This statement from the Supreme Court explains the two ceremonies:
(4) The President has signed Justice Kavanaugh's Commission of Appointment aboard Air Force One, which is returning to Washington DC from a rally in Topeka, Kansas.
(5) Shortly before the WH ceremony begins, I expect a live broadcast of it will start at the WH website link below, and on the WH FB page and YT channel. I expect the SCOTUS ceremony will be private, with photos released afterward.

(6) Correction: The President's Kansas rally will start in about one hour. So I assume that the swearing in at the WH will occur without him there. I don't think he'll be back until after midnight, IDK. VP will host Justice Roberts at the WH.
(7) I had assumed that the WH ceremony would need to take place first, but I will do some more research and report back. Here he is arriving at the court just before 5.30pm.

(9) My apologies. The Supreme Court statement I showed earlier doesn't mention a WH ceremony tonight. I am so excited and I was so used to that being done first that I didn't read it correctly. I expect that photos of the swearing in will be released soon.
(10) When the President arrives at his rally and announces the news, the crowd will raise the roof. Find a live feed and watch it now. The warm-up speeches are underway.

He announced that the WH ceremony will take place at 7pm Monday. (The Court is in session on Tuesday morning.)

The other justices in DC at the time attended. Good.

(3) Sen Grassley is 85 years old. (Democrats have senators around that age, too.)

Today he had to hold onto a Capitol Police officer to reduce the risk of a reporter knocking him over. This has to stop. Senators must return to being able to walk around freely at work.

As an ex-liberal woman born in 1970, I feel I can offer an informed perspective on the issues raised by Ketterer in his statement.

The issues are relevant to #MeToo #HimToo & everything.

(2) Ketterer writes as a man who carries immense guilt for having had secret extramarital sexual relations with Swetnick 25 years ago.

His statement is full of comments about it, but it's not the main issue. His status as a 9yo male child sex abuse survivor will be ignored.
(3) Today's Dems are ABSOLUTELY fixated on sexual crimes that are male on female.

To the exclusion of every other type of sex crime.

I know many men who have been sexually abused by a woman, or a man, in adulthood, or childhood. I know many male domestic abuse survivors.
