@emrata Hmmm While I felt that the letter should have been turned immediately over to law enforcement when received & I believe Kavanaugh to be innocent, I definitely know the words of fragile or emotional being flung at a women is common practice, at least in my case.
@emrata I was an @FBI agent for 16 years. I worked the worst terrorism cases 1997-2013. I had innovative operations & stopped more terrorist attacks than the average FBI agent can say. Because I was good at my job. However, in 2012, I worked for two male chauvinist pigs.
@emrata@FBI The boss, who stated I was too fragile after my divorce & remarked I was emotional. Further, he said I held myself & others to extremely high standards. He meant that as a negative. I guess he hated a strong woman kicking ass while he shoved french fries in his fat mouth.
@emrata@FBI He repeatedly suggested that at this time in my life, maybe I should step out of management and go recover at a small office. Say what? He hadn’t looked at my resume/record... or did he? I was a threat obviously. A competent & competitive female agent who may be his boss someday
@emrata@FBI He & another male agent continuously undermined my cases, told lies about me, & actually plotted trying to make a case against me. One said We just need to stay with the plan. They had friends in our internal affairs (OPR) doing an offline OPR on me to give them a solid opinion.
@emrata@FBI While I was busy disrupting a bombing plot, the boss was worried about the plans for another agent’s retirement he had me do. As I’m telling him how things are going in the operation, he’s emailing me to check on the cake! Hmmm high standards, not this slug.
@emrata@FBI But when I wasn’t looking and after I ended up filing an EEO discrimination complaint against them, they wrote up a referral for me to OPR for time & attendance, insubordination & disruptive behavior on duty.
@emrata@FBI Omg I was stopping a plane from blowing up & within days was removed from my position based on what these 2 douche bags were telling people. All lies. I have the documents. Their plot... they printed out their emails & left them in my file... Brain surgeons. High standards?
@emrata@FBI It gets better: You know that Fired Deputy Director of the FBI, Andrew McCabe? He admitted in his signed sworn statement that he knew I filed or was filing an EEO against the 2 when he authorized the OPR. Over the next year and a half, my life became a living hell.
@emrata@FBI McCabe personally & proactively retaliated against me, idled me in an admin unit. I had fought terror face to face, I had brought Americans out of captivity, but he trashed me & ostracized me. People were fearful to talk or sit with me at lunch. He would go after them.
@emrata@FBI He did go after a male agent who tried to get me out of the situation. The FBIHQ Counterintelligence Div wanted to direct place me in a teaching job at Quantico. Denied. I applied for the job, he submitted the nastiest feedback on my application. All lies & he knew it.
@emrata@FBI I was selected (surprise) #1 for the position at Quantico. He actually proactively sought out the FBIHQ career board that was to confirm my ranking and issue orders. Nope! I’m told he flipped out. One person said the amount of venom he spewed was nothing like they had seen before
@emrata@FBI He even said I was fragile or something like that, on the paperwork he authored. Senator Grassley actually blindsided @Comey about my case, on live TV, which was Comey’s time to brief the status of the FBI.
@emrata@FBI@Comey Grassley has asked @JusticeOIG four times to review the circumstances of my case. They refused because it’s an EEO!!! Omg!!! They won’t even talk with me about what happened. Numerous people in and outside of the @FBI wrote letters & emails about my high performance.
@emrata@FBI@Comey@JusticeOIG The FBI said they were self-serving??? What the hell do you think I’m going to get? Oh she sucked & is too emotional??? Anyhow, sorry about the rant. I know what it’s like to be attacked because you’re a woman. I tried to hide it from my parents but I became physically ill.
@emrata@FBI@Comey@JusticeOIG Daily chest pains, one ER visit around 4am because sharp chest pain waking me up. I have diverticulosis, which makes me considered disabled. These creeps thought my disability was mental health. High standards. I ended up in inflammation state of Diverticulitis for almost a year
@emrata@FBI@Comey@JusticeOIG I would never wish what I went through on another human being, except McCabe and anyone involved in my targeting & destruction. I ended up resigning with only 4 years to go. I didn’t want them to fire me. And that was where it was leading to.
@emrata@FBI@Comey@JusticeOIG In my 16 years, I never had as much as a blemish on my record. I was also always rated Outstanding or Excellent. I represented the FBI & the US at a four month sabbatical with 43 countries and 141 students from all over. After 90 days of not working for that boss...
@emrata@FBI@Comey@JusticeOIG 90 days after my EEO went formal aka reported to EEOC, that douche boss did my performance appraisal. I had only worked for him for 5 months and FBI employees are supposed to have a new rating official within 30 days of transfer, regardless if you are still in Counterterrorism
@emrata@FBI@Comey@JusticeOIG That douche failed me on my performance appraisal! Wtf??? Even if in that five month period I worked for him, if I did nothing but save the lives of approx. 300 individuals, I would have already done more than my predecessor had done in 18 months. I was a detailee to the CIA...
@emrata@FBI@Comey@JusticeOIG My direct supervisor at the CIA wrote that in an email to me. Yeah, I think I got triggered by the two words: fragile & emotional. Piece of advice to men: ever think a woman is fragile. You’ll end up being fired & going to jail like McCabe!
@emrata@FBI@Comey@JusticeOIG I’ll show you fragile & emotional! Don’t drop the soap! Start practicing keistering.
A little explanation of an @FBI background investigation: The person under investigation is usually going to be having extensive access to very sensitive and possibly classified information. The MSM is playing it like the background investigation is a minor thing. It’s not.
It is a thorough investigation that goes back a few decades. In light of the recent issues with the Bu, I doubt Wray would let anyone dictate what amount of time was sufficient. The time was most likely discussed before it was announced.
I know if it was my squad, as an FBI SSA, I would have already been pulling the files and reviewed them for how thoroughly they were done and had any questions been ignored or not followed to a logical conclusion.
This is huge. The McCabe memos, if typed on a computer, should also have the full metadata info with them. The Woods file is where each & every “fact” in the FISA application is justified with a document. No skimping! I had one of these done on a 5 yr wire. Each application!
Every application must have this. Renewals included. On an USPER, it was every 90 days when I had a “Woods Review” & a “minimization review”. DOJ came to Newark with around 3 attorneys. When I brought an actual shopping cart with just the 1st year, another 5 showed up from DOJ
What is hysterical is my OGC attorney to defend anything was none other than @FBI OPR AD Candice Will. We got along great! She heard about the obnoxious hours I worked. She saw my work ethic. She must have amnesia because she went after me with venomous letters. @mgdick7
Just reading the messages people have sent me on Go Fund Me! is so helpful. I am stressing over trying to get a law firm/lawyer to take my very complicated case is tough! If I have to file this Pro Se and go to law school while waiting for the process, I just may do it!
I’m not supposed to stress or I could end up in the hospital like before. My primary care doctor said in his 31 years of practice, he has never seen anyone survive 4.1 hemoglobin. My last test has me at 11.2!!! I’m not sure but I think this falls into the normal range for women!
I wasn’t amused by getting the notification that EEOC OFO ruled in favor of the FBI on pure lies! Goes to show you who is running the government deep state!
Note this is a 2017 case. If you are a federal employee, you can count on filing in 2012 & getting an EEOC OFO ruling in late 2018, citing actions not taken by me but proof the actions were taken in case file aka didn’t read the case but ruled against me! al.com/news/mobile/in…
Yup, look at the motion for discovery filed in 2014 Your Honour! It specifically requests an UNREDACTED ROI. Why in the hell should that be necessary to have in my case. That should have been given to me in the original ROI.
You see, the @FBI redacted so much of the Report of Investigation, My Attorney & I had to guess what the accepted issues were. @fbi@TheJusticeDept over-classify Information they don’t want you to see, with no regard of guidelines for classification.
The longer this drags on, in this political climate, allows for more false allegations to come forward and eat up the FBI’s resources and time, there by placing real investigations in jeopardy. #ReinstateRobynGritz
The only witness has already testified. The investigation/testimony is summarized & turned over to the “client” agency, in this case the senate judiciary committee. They decide if the investigation warrants confronting the candidate.
