"Sophie, 9 yo, has disclosed...domestic violence, sexual grooming, and most recently molestation/rape in her primary residence. Her father is fighting for her life while her abusers pull every resource to get their hands back on her." archive.is/M8A8q#selectio…
"The biological mother, according to Sophie, is a part of the sexual abuse and is encouraging it....We have been dealing with CPS, Law Enforcement, Lawyers, DFPS, Forensic interviews, and several doctors "
As previously mentioned there are clues here that point to a coverup.
1) Alleged attacker not arrested 2) Child initially forced back to mother 3) Gag order and censorship 4) Child mentions threat/sight of CP 5) Mention of drugs being administered to child
"“She has stated that JACOB WAYNE BELLINGTON has nude pornographic images of children on multiple devices in the home“ -- check this fact and if true, call the FBI in right there.
It is possible but unverified that the Frisco PD is corrupt.
I saw an allegation, unverified, that the alleged attacker of child is possibly a police informant, thus child sent back to home where he will be. Allegation that the Frisco police are trying to hide this.
Not all police officers are corrupt. Then again not all police precincts have an entire blog dedicated to exposing their corruption. (True, this one does not have many entries.) friscotxcops.blogspot.com/search?updated…
When you are looking for trafficking you are looking for a system where there are secret deals between traffickers and dirty police officers, child protective services workers, lawyers, schools, doctors, and so on.
Why did the judge (Cynthia Wheless) order postings about the case removed? Was it truly to protect the child? Or to quiet the public outcry?
We are not only talking about Sophie but her 2 younger brothers also.
"Sophie has disclosed to several CPS, healthcare, and law enforcement personnel that she and her two younger brothers are being sexually abused by JACOB WAYNE BELLINGTON and other unknown males in their primary residence.” archive.is/fELVl#selectio…
“The 9 year old was given a diagnosis of sexual assault by bodily force at Dell Childrens Hospital in Austin, Texas.”
Corruption = no arrest made despite child providing name.
"Yeah and the judge assigned to the case is friends with the mother’s attorney 🙂 mention that! Do your job & the CPS workers involved should also be held accountable." facebook.com/FriscoPD/photo…
Craig Sawyer's (@CraigRSawyer) movie "ContraLand" was about young girls sold in "ordinary" looking houses by females who "take care of them". That is essentially the scenario in this case.
Look at the system.
"What has changed about the foster-care-to-sex-trafficking pipeline?"
"Nearly 10 years after a lawsuit was filed against the state of Texas for violating the civil rights of children in foster care, advocates say not much."
"U.S. District Judge Janis Graham Jack ordered the state in Dec 2015 to hire enough staff to supervise children 24 hours a day in certain foster care facilities&hire more caseworkers....4 years after...Jack found the state in contempt of court for not providing that supervision."
"“The system is still as broken as it was" - plaintif att'y Yetter
"In 2018, U.S. law enforcement agencies, in partnership with the California and Texas attorneys general, seized Backpage.com....but Sgt. Marty Kuehn, who oversees the Harris County Sheriff Office’s sex-trafficking unit, said there are still dozens of sites"
"'Obviously, the shutdown of Backpage was a good thing...but there’s a whole bunch of other little websites that popped up that basically are doing the same thing as Backpage was,' Kuehn said."
"According to a comprehensive study conducted by the University of Texas School of Social Work, in Texas alone, there are approximately 313,000 victims of human trafficking at any given moment." (2020) law.com/texaslawyer/20…
Texas is among the top 3 states for human trafficking in America (as measured by calls to the National Human Trafficking hotline).
"According to a recently released report by the State Department, the top three nations of origin for victims of human trafficking in 2018 were the United States, Mexico and the Philippines." (that was 2019) foxnews.com/us/human-traff…
“The United States is the No. 1 consumer of sex worldwide. So we are driving the demand as a society.” - Geoff Rogers, co-founder,United States Institute Against Human Trafficking (USIAHT), to Fox News foxnews.com/us/human-traff…
"These are American kids, American born, 50% to 60% of them coming out of the foster care industry." --> industry
Human trafficking and illegal immigration are obviously linked. It's not just that undocumented individuals are raped and trafficked, it's that certain states make it possible to live under the radar, which is conducive to selling kids.
"Most of the U.S.’ 10.7 million unauthorized immigrants live in just 20 major metro areas, with the largest populations in NY, LA, Houston [TX] and Dallas-Fort Worth [TX], according to new Pew Research Center estimates based on government data." pewresearch.org/fact-tank/2019…
"corrupt behavior of law enforcers may help traffickers to recruit, transport&exploit their victims;corrupt criminal justice authorities may obstruct the investigation& prosecution of cases,&/or impede the adequate protection of victims of the crime."-UN unodc.org/documents/huma…
"Though an exhaustive list of all corrupt actions that
facilitate or abet trafficking in persons would be difficult to compile, it is possible to outline some patterns of corruption specific to the human trafficking crime,
by identifying reoccurring acts"
"What is Corruption?"
The World Bank’s working definition of corruption is 'the abuse of public power for private benefit'"
"Transparency International takes a broader approach and understands corruption as 'the misuse of entrusted power for private gain.'"
"bribery of national public officials, foreign public officials, and officials of public international organizations; embezzlement, misappropriation and other diversion of public property, trading in influence,"
"abuse of functions, and illicit enrichment by public officials; and bribery and embezzlement in the private sector, as well as laundering of the proceeds of crime, concealment and obstruction of justice."
I ask the question again: Why hasn't anyone been arrested for sexually assaulting the 9 year old child Sophie?"
She talks about being a localization specialist because they're good at blackmail. That doesn't make any sense. Localization has to do with creating strategies that appeal to local populations. From a development perspective it is correlated with resilience. There is no magic.
In her words: "What I did was something called Localization or L-10N. So localization strategy is you find a group of people...you kind of try to get in their mind...you use that to your advantage...so if I wanna blackmail you...I will know your deepest, darkest fears"
