3/ When did the Use of Force Review Board conclude its investigation and/or determine that Terrence's murder was "an unjustified shooting?"

4/ When did the Use of Force Review Board recommend termination? When was Trainer given the "notice of proposed adverse action recommending termination?”

5/ I.e., how long from decision to recommendation to public announcement on 12/5? If there was a delay in announcing it, why? And why was it announced today? Why no press release?

6/ Will the Use of Force Review Board’s decision be made public? If so, when?

7/ How long does Trainer have to accept or appeal the determination?
If he (and @DCPoliceUnion) decides to appeal the recommendation, when will the hearing be?
When would a final determination be?
How long until the family has closure?

8/ Is it still possible for Trainer to resign and avoid termination?
If so: would he retain his pension?
Will he keep his pension if he's fired?

12/ Why is Officer #JordanPalmer back on active contact duty? If Palmer didn't break numerous General and specific Orders, Terrence would still be alive.

13/ Why hasn't Palmer been terminated for
1) chasing Terrence against orders,
2) failing to turn on lights and sirens against orders,
3) using the cruiser as a barricade against orders,

14/ That the UOFRB found this shooting unjustified shows there is at least probable cause to bring a criminal charge (at least #manslaughter). Yet former @USAO_DC #ChanningPhillips didn't even send the case to a Grand Jury to decide whether to indict justice.gov/usao-dc/pr/us-…

15/ Now that #JussieLiu is @USAO_DC, will she let a #GrandJury decide whether to indict Brian Trainer for unjustifiably shooting and killing Terrence Sterling? Will the USAO release ALL video footage of the shooting, including those from @DHSgov cameras?

16/ This case is yet another example of DC's disenfranchisement. Like every other State, City, and County in the Country, DC needs local, democratic control of its criminal justice system, including the ability to locally elect or appoint #prosecutors

18/ and since this presser is supposed to be about the "Robbery Intervention Task Force," can you share all the data on arrests that you've been required to by the #NEARact for 1.5 years but haven't yet (including demographics and outcomes)?
