People need to consider one thing when thinking about Session/Cannabis regs: #HIVITES are all over the legal weed industry. They may be laundering money for child sex trafficking and other illegal activity through that industry. This is a FACT. (1)

While it may be very difficult for prosecutors to get convictions on the trafficking/laundering charges, allowing federal prosecutors to charge them with cannabis violations could potentially disrupt the flow of $$$ and Children to the #Hivite cults in these areas. (2)

I am fully in support of 100% legal cannabis with an added clause that patients should have a right to grow it themselves. But I can see value in today's decision by @jeffsessions to combat the #Hivite cabal by freeing prosecutors to charge bad actors with weed related crimes (3)

(4) Consider the movie "The Firm" - all the bad guys in that movie got caught on MAIL FRAUD charges. Not murder, conspiracy, laundering, etc. The prosecutors charged them with something guaranteed to STICK. I can see this being a factor in today's decision by @jeffsessions (4)

It is undeniable that the areas of the country where the cannabis industry is thriving are all completely infested with #Hivites (Cali, OR, WA, CO, MI, MA, etc). This is NOT a coincidence. Anyone who entered that industry did so knowing there was a risk of federal prosecution (5)

They were WILLING to break Federal laws and take on that risk when they entered the industry. Obama just made it harder for prosecutors to go after them for willfully breaking Federal law. Doesn't this matter? I didn't enter the industry BECAUSE it was a legal grey area. (6)

I think it's important to consider this when thinking about today's decision. WE are the voters, and WE have the power to change the FEDERAL law to allow use of cannabis for medicinal purposes. I don't think that's what today's decision is talking about. (7)

I think today's decision frees up prosecutors to charge and shut down willful bad actors and those who are taking advantage of a legal grey area to make HUGE profits and cover for other MAJOR crimes. I doubt prosecutors will focus on patients and medical growers/dispensaries. (8)

So the panic around this decision is a bit silly, IMHO. This is the way it already was for YEARS before Obama tied the judiciary's hands. That Obama era change only HELPED #Hivites and others willing to break federal law to make HUGE profits and flood the market. (9)

The fact that prosecutors still have DISCRETION means that they can choose NOT to prosecute these crimes, and I think more often than not, they will choose not to, especially when it comes to legit patients and dispensaries focusing on medical cannabis. (10)

Furthermore, all of us who #FollowTheWhiteRabbit know that a LOT has been going down the last few days. This decision by @jeffsessions could serve a second purpose of creating media distraction to maintain the media black out on these highly secretive & important operations (11)

The fact that the decision becomes effective immediately could also mean that they have a target in mind for other reasons, and this would allow them to apprehend that target. These are very important considerations for the good guys right now. (12)

It's a FACT that the #Hivites rig the system in their favor every chance they get. They make it so they can get away with cheating, stealing, and killing the public while making it impossible for the good guys to go after them. That's their whole mode of operation. (13)

So while I agree that, long term, it is in the people's best interest to have a robust and regulated medical cannabis industry, right now, my main concern is getting rid of #Hivites. Whatever the @TheUSADOJ and @POTUS need to do to ensure that can happen, I support of them. (14)
