1) The Devin Nunes #FISA Amendment - A Legislative Timeline
This thread will demonstrate that the Nunes Amendment is directly related to the discovered #FISA702 abuses of the Obama DOJ/FBI. #SteeleDossier
2) February -March 2017 ChairmanNunes reviewed intelligence reports that were assembled exclusively for the office of the former President (Obama). That is why he went to the White House Eisenhower Executive Office Building (EEOB) Secure Information Facility to review.
3) March 22nd, 2017
Nunes lets everyone know that he is getting evidence from NSA Director Admiral Rodgers : "I will say this. The NSA has been VERY VERY HELPFUL....they [NSA] are in CONSTANT CONTACT with our team."
4) Shortly thereafter Nunes briefs the President.
Question at 1:17 "Were the subjects of surveillance under FISA orders?"
Nunes: "It appears so."
5) It is at this point that the Mueller investigation goes completely off the rails! Several reporters realize what just happened as is evident by their questions. Full press conference here>>>c-span.org/video/?425836-…
6) April 6th. 2017
Recognizing the danger Nunes now represents, the House Ethics Committee launches an investigation into whether Nunes disclosed classified information to the Trump White House. ethics.house.gov/sites/ethics.h…
7) While under investigation, Nunes access to additional classified information to further his investigation is cut off, stalling his investigation. That does not stop him from taking actions that do not include viewing/handling classified information.
8) August 24th
Nunes issues multiple subpoenas to the DOJ and FBI demanding information. We found this out from his December 28th follow up letter. He may not be able to view/handle classified information but he can request it be sent to the committee, and that's what he does.
8) November 29th
Nunes introduces H.R.4478 - FISA Amendments Reauthorization Act of 2017 congress.gov/bill/115th-con…
9) December 7th, 2017
Nunes is cleared of the bogus ethics charges. Access to classified information is restored. We have no idea what he is getting but we do know the NSA is "Very. very, helpful" and that additional information is reaching him again. ethics.house.gov/sites/ethics.h…

Nunes documents his conversation with Rosenstein in response to the December 28th letter and released it to the public. Everything in the document is per a verbal conversation THAT HE DID NOT HAVE TO DOCUMENT, yet he did.

HRes682 passes 233-181 converting S.139 The Rapid DNA Act of 2017 to The FISA Amendments Reauthorization Act of 2017
16) January 11th, 2018
S.139 as now amended passes the House 256-164. This is the exact moment when the DNA Act is taken over by the Nunes amendment.
17) S.139 sat at the House desk since May 16th, 2017. What Nunes discovered in his investigation led him to generate significant legislation to systemically correct the rampant abuses by the Obama DOJ/FBI.
18) The Nunes Amendment suspends "abouts collections" creating maximum leverage over the DOJ/FBI. To get this ability back, the DOJ/FBI will have to go through the FISA court, Judiciary committees, and Intelligence committees. intelligence.house.gov/uploadedfiles/…
19) Here is a section by section analysis of the bill courtesy of Devin Nunes. I recommend opening this PDF and using it as a guide for reading the actual text of the bill.

22) This bill is a direct result of what Nunes discovered in his investigation. We are not privy to his investigation, but we can examine the bill and get insight into the extent of the abuses discovered, and the legislative action he is taking to systemically correct them.
23) This bill WILL NOT provide legal cover for the abuses that occurred, it will prevent them from occurring in the future. It will also restore public confidence in the system. A confidence that will be shattered once the extent of the abuses are revealed to the public.
24) There are multiple investigations taking place watch as they all come together and how the this legislation is directly related to their findings.

25) Our nation suffered domestic violence on a grand scale.
The Obama DOJ/FBI were domestic abusers.
Never forget the man who grabbed their hand in mid air and stopped it from striking another blow. A true American hero Admiral Michael S. Rogers.
26) President Trump will use this bill as part of his campaign to restore public trust. Investigations and prosecutions are part of the equation. Legislation is the other. Justice for the past and systemic correction for the future. They go hand in hand.
27) S.139 - FISA Amendments Reauthorization Act of 2017 Passes 60-38.
Cloture vote passes ending debate and setting up final vote for passage Wednesday night or Thursday. #FISA#FISA702
28) S.139 - #FISA Amendments Reauthorization Act of 2017 Passes Senate 65-34.
Next up President Trump.
2) Judge informs Goodlatte that his request is unique. She states in this section her concern over the custody of classified materials. The Executive Branch has custody and control over classified material.
3) IF she were to release classified material over an objection from the Exec Branch it would create an unnecessary conflict between the Court and the Exec Branch. Exec Branch is responsible for the classification of these documents.
2) January 5th Grassley informs us that his staff (and Graham's) are working with the DOJ to redact and release the unclassified portions of the #GrassleyMemograssley.senate.gov/news/news-rele…
3) By looking at the bottom of the January 4th memo we can see who has seen the memo and the classified attachment other than Grassley, Graham, Rosenstein, and Wray.
