1. Wray is going to clean clock using the IG Report. He made that abundantly clear in his oversight hearing when on multiple occasions he elaborated when he did not have to. 2. When you watch these clips remember he could have said "I cannot discuss matters that involve an ongoing investigation" and left it at that. Period.
