Over the weekend, the big MSM talk was about the shut down and DACA DACA DACA.

And then we get a provisional bill passed to keep everything going thru 2/8. But something else was in that bill.

Let that sink in. As per the Intercept article, Section 504 has been in place since 1947.

It requires Congressional oversight and authorization of spending on all intelligence activities. "At the request of the WH and the Pentagon" A waiver was granted with the passing of the stopgap bill.

This means the intelligence agencies under Trump have the power to allocate and reallocate funds on Intel activities without any authorization or approval from the Senate and House Intelligence Committees.

I repeat, Section 504 has been in place since 1947. No president in that time has been granted the unbridled Intel powers that our Congress just granted to Trump.

This means that at least until February 8, intelligence unlimited. Some Congressmen are now objecting, saying they want to introduce something sooner to undo what they just signed on for. 🤣🤣🤣

Maybe now we know why there were so many #SuperSpooks planes buzzing around today?

Okay, one final thought: Isn't it just a little bit ironic the Democrats shut down the gov for DACA and then gave away the baby with the bath water on intelligence? Think about it, Trump and the Pentagon basically have unlimited Intel authority thru 2/8. Just wow!
