(1.) The #DemMemo has been released by Shifty Adam Schiff and the House Intelligence Committee. Some quick observations:

- It does not deny that the DOJ COULD NOT obtain a FISA warrant from Carter Page until it relied on the dossier.

- The #DemMemo is political and poorly prepared. Embarrassingly enough, handwritten changes had to be made to correct the number of FISA judges involved in the FISA process b/c Schiff got it wrong.

- It is clear from the #DemMemo that the DOJ failed to meet the required disclosure required of lawyers, which owe a duty of candor to a judge, particularly in seeking a criminal warrant.

- The FBI ONLY disclosed that a "U.S. Person" may have hired a "Source" for finding info to discredit "Candidate #1's" Campaign.
- It failed to disclose the "Source" itself, Steele, was also politically motivated.

- The FBI also failed to disclose ENTIRELY, that the "U.S. Person" who hired Steele was himself hired by the direct political opponent herself (Hillary Clinton). It only references a law firm

- We know that the copied statement in the #DemMemo is false, and that in fact, Christopher Steele (Source #1) was in fact a willing participant and in fact knew that his research was against Trump.

- The #DemMemo completely fails to refute a major ethical and DOJ violation committed by Bruce Ohr. It fails to dispute that Bruce Ohr did NOT obtain a conflict waiver or failed to recuse himself.

- The #DemMemo doesn't dispute that Bruce Ohr failed to inform the FBI of his past relationship with Steele, or that his wife worked with Steele, until AFTER they already obtained a FISA warrant on Carter Page.

- In fact, nowhere in the #DemMemo does Schiff ever claim that the FBI / DOJ EVER informed the FISA Judge of the relationship of Bruce Ohr, his wife at Fusion and Steele. They hid this from the judge

- Instead of dispelling issues with Bruce Ohr's actions, the #DemMemo raises serious questions why the FBI didn't share this info with the Judge.
- Ohr likely he only shared it with other bad actors like McCabe

- Overall, the #DemMemo fails to dispel the notion that the FBI and DOJ acted properly, despite political spin in trying to do it.
- The failure to dispute many of the issues raised, appears to confirm them.
