1/ The proven case of Obstruction has nothing todo with firing Comey. The simplest most provable case is Sarbox

2/ In 2002 Congress passed the Public Company Accountability Reform & Investor Protection Act known as Sarbanes-Oxley AKA Sarbox

3/ As the title suggest it is financial regulation that attempts to hold companies accountable for actions detrimental to investors.

4/ However parts of the act are very broad & general with regard to investigations & can be use by the #Mueller investigation.

5/ the section that is most useful to #Meuller & his investigators is Section 802. It relates to all documents in any Federal Investigation.

6/ If you read that section, to impede any investigation, by covering up facts in ANY written document in ANY Federal investigation.

7/ How does that relate to written testimony related to ANY Congressional investigation or the investigation by the Special Council Meuller?

8/ It States all of the written testimony submitted to Congress/Mueller investigation is fair game & could carry upto 20 years in prison.

9/ So the very careful lawyering & reliance on carefully worded Statements submitted as written testimony all fall under Sec802 of Sarbox

11/ Even the written response to the media about the #TrumpTower meeting is a document in the ferdal investigation & an obvious cover up.

13/ Conspiracy to Obstruct Justice Act for those involved in the Crafting of the misleading statement to impede a federal investigation

14/ Pretty sure that includes #POTUS #Trump, #HopeHicks et al. In fact, if #HopeHicks testifies her departure was as a result of testimony

15/ result of her testoinony before congress, the threat of loosing her job, would be anther violation of that Act for pressuring witnesses.

16/ The Presidents Legal defence fund for Staffers could also be interpreted as coercion of witnesses under the same Act.

17/ All possible but the direct, simplest most easily proven route to the underlying crime for the Conspiracy is #Sarbox & written testimony

10/ #DonaldTrumpJr is the MOST obvious, but anyone #Kushner, #ErikPrince etc that has created any related document is at risk. END.
