He wasn’t too “challenged” to figure out how to obtain the materials and construct multiple pipe bombs, then strategically mail them and avoid detection long enough to kill 3 people. Y’all need to stop willing innocence to these White dudes, all it does is give them permission.

Ever stop to think that White dudes are the main ones committing domestic terrorism because the predominately White male law enforcement in this country routinely grants legitimacy to killing sprees as a coping mechanism for the emotional stressors of White American existence?

After every single one of these terrorist acts committed by White men, other White men are rushing to microphones to assure us that all the White men who do this shit are no different than the average White man next door, they just had a bad day. Try being Black, Bro.

I lived in Austin for 4 years in college, and my husband was born and raised there, so I can attest. The LAST thing Austin is for White dudes is challenging. For that part alone, I call bullshit.

The Black population of Austin, TX has literally plummeted over the last two decades because the city has become too racist to inhabit. Y’all don’t get to just use the word “challenging” when you don’t even know what the fuck it really means.

When I moved to Austin in 1999, they still didn’t even have a major black radio station. I drove home to Houston to get my hair done b/c there weren’t any Black salons near campus. It’s one of the Whitest places on earth.

My husband was called a nigger by a few of his peers for much of his elementary school experience until he beat the shit out of one of them. One of his teachers told him all he’d ever be was a mechanic. We vowed not to raise children there b/c of it. Y’all don’t know challenge.

ICYMI my point is even the most “challenged” White man doesn’t know the challenge of being a Black man (or woman) in America. So much so that when a White man murders Black men w/bombs, the “challenge” in the story isn’t living under constant threat of White supremacist violence.

We live under unyielding threat of indiscriminate White supremacist violence every day, and the White powers that be are constantly telling us that there’s nothing to see here. Where does that register on the “challenge” scale?

Better yet, where does #everydayracism register on the challenge scale and by this same logic, why aren’t Black men committing domestic terrorism at the same astronomical rate as White men given their numerous challenges in navigating American life?! 🤷🏾‍♀️

America is radicalizing White men (young and old) every minute of every hour of every motherfucking day. They control the airwaves, the internet and the entire federal government. They own the vast majority of the guns, ammo and military weaponry on this planet.
Do the math.

This centuries long epidemic of White male extremist violence will not be cured by thoughts, prayers or compassion for folk who don’t deserve it. That’s the trifecta that got us in this whole fucking mess in the first place.

The more mainstream White American culture attempts to normalize that which is not normal or safe, the more normal the abnormal atrocities become.

Mainstream White America has stoked and normalized White male rage and resentment to the extent that it elected it president and refuses to reign him in, no matter how much he reveals himself to be an unchangeable sociopath.

What they won’t tell you is that these White American men and boys are unable to cope with the “challenge” of not being given preferential treatment and/or acceptance for the mere fact of their Whiteness and manhood. They kill to right perceived wrongs and settle the score.

They don’t have to declare themselves sociopaths or terrorists or even espouse any hatred, the mere fact that these predominantly White men feel preferentially entitled to take other people’s lives, and are granted the “excuse” of narcissism & poor coping skills is OUR CHALLENGE.

The world around these White men and boys is rapidly changing in such a way that they are no longer at the top of the food chain. They feel “challenged” by our audacity to expect them to compete on a level playing field. Their response is to shoot/blow the field the fuck up.

Don’t even fucking utter the word “challenged” out of your mouth about these White male terrorists unless you’re also willing to elaborate further and explain how the “challenge” is really inability to function without undue White male privilege. Tell the fucking truth for once.

Let me guess, you’re “challenged” because you can’t get a girlfriend or stay afloat in college or hold down a decent job, or you suspect your dick is smaller than all the men of color you know so that’s why you decided to become a mass murderer/serial killer? Fuck your challenge.

That’s ALL the “challenges” ever amount to with these White dudes, basic life shit that most of us encounter every single fucking day (and more) without committing acts of terror. It’s a shitty ass excuse and anyone who defers to it is endorsing White male privilege/supremacy.
