Ok. I am just going to start an "Omnibus Mega Thread" and keep a record of significant findings here that I will then detail later on. Bookmark this if interested. ONWARD.
Loans will be granted for Clean Coal development. I don't know what the budget was last time, but this is it now:
Grants to feed the world.. I don't even want to HEAR anyone ever say a bad word about Americans EVER AGAIN. fas.usda.gov/programs/mcgov… PG 65
PG 68 is interesting.. $911M will come from the fees pharmaceutical companies pay for approval of new drugs... This is super interesting. If I am understanding wrong, let me know.. law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/21…
$1.5M for OIG oversight of the Food and Drug administration:
Page 86/87 have a very interesting set of lines.....
PS- As an aside, for the folks saying this is "only a 6 month bill" there are provisions everywhere carrying the funding through until it is depleted. Like here: Pg 87
Don't you dare try to privatize any of this, either. Or you lose your money:
And unless we have already given you permission, don't propagandize using government money:
WOW!!! THIS IS FANTASTIC NEWS! The government can't use the funds appropriated to stop the Hemp Industry!! This is actually a REALLY great thing!
They are also being very careful with creation. Some of these things are actually lifting my spirits, as massive as this monster is.. I am not stopping. Stay WITH ME!!
Actually--- scratch that. They just wont allow them to give it a genetic problem- not that they cant create in the first place. Please someone tell me I am wrong. :(
Make sure the food we give you is taken to the right place. If we find you misusing it, there will be problems. Who holds people accountable to this? Anyone know?
People who are incarcerated are not to count towards population totals when applying for grants/loans for affordable housing development... Interesting.
And rounding this out (almost) do not try to use funds granted to you in this bill to pay lobbyists who will then come back to Congress to buy them off using government money:
"You have $2M allocated until 2019 to teach people how.....to cook?"
And our kids will NOT be eating ANY chicken from China.
Hey former Mayor Bloomberg-- THIS ONE IS FOR YOU!!! (Page 120)
No GMO Salmon either-- at least for now.. (This is really starting to get interesting. I hope I am not bothering you will all of these tweets.. )
Page 134- Another example of funds lasting through to next year: (Oh, and helping minority businesses. Big bad Trump must not have known this was included.. ::Eye Roll::)
Page 135 gives $2B for the census (marketing, etc) and "programs"
Rehabilitating the Hoover Building: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Herbert_C… "The Herbert C. Hoover Building is the Washington, D.C. headquarters of the United States Department of Commerce."
(PS: $11B for weather and they STILL don't get it right)
Page 150 has a very odd "disclaimer" about child pornography.. They had to clarify this for some reason.
DUN DUN DUNNNNNNNNN
GRRR.... Read this. Because they are so safe, they had to protect themselves from having to pay out on injury..... en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_…
HERE IS A GREAT ONE! United States Attorneys MUST establish or participate in atask force on Human Trafficking.
Witness Protection programs: Pg 159
I just finished reading a few pages that made me very frustrated but were too lengthy to post here. Let's see what is in this section
$2M to help repay student loans in here?? Some of this makes you really shake your head. Where does all of this money COME FROM?! (One answer: thin air)
Money for immigration enforement, and Trafficking Victims:
??? Really ?? This sort of reminds me of the Healthcare.gov website....
Body worn cameras they don't let us see the footage from (Seth Rich) and School Violence Initiatives: (Note: When I went to research the Comprehensive School Safety Initiative, I saw a message which sent me looking for the STOP School Violence Act) time.com/5201713/what-i…
A lot of you aren't going to agree with me on this, but there is a lot of money designated for working with local police. I don't really feel comfortable with a nationalized police force.... #JustSayin
Awards (Grants) for local departments who clean up the most drugs (mainly methamphetamine)
This section was under the Justice Department Disbursements. It was edited to read differently than intended, hence why the person who tweeted it likely deleted it.
Another add on here
Here is a small response to "Fast and Furious"- this seems to alleviate the practice in large part, or at least limits the funding for it--
Ok, after a short research break on another topic, back to the OMNIBUS. There are BILLIONS allocated for space research.
And we can't forget the funding for Antarctica (insert spooky ghost sound here) usap.gov/aboutTheUSAP/i…
More on "propaganda". Apparently, Congress authorizes some types of propaganda, and there are strict guidelines that you can't use government money for it unless they say it's authorized..
Don't forge "Made in America" labels and stick em' on your products. We don't want cheap knockoffs here. If you do it, and you get caught, you will never get another government contract again.
The government wants to make sure if they are contracting with a private company, that the company (and ind. owners of the company) have paid their taxes:
Rescissions? Wow.. They take money back?
This is super random. Let me know your thoughts on this one.. There are these random, odd things scatter about this bill. Here:
In addition to not buying chicken from China, and taking bad plywood from China, we also can not use government money to work with China on space projects...
Because China steals our IP. And we don't like it....
Protecting States Rights on Medical Marijuana:
And we are now arriving at "The Department of Defense". Please fasten your seatbelts and make sure your trays are firmly locked in their upright positions, and also salute your servicemen and woman. (Thank you for your sacrifice)
First, it tackles salary, clothing, and pension. I will share each: (Note, I will be inserting another thread in here that I just did that details more funding granted from funds that were not appropriated. The Military got a raise. Trump is a good Commander in Chief.)
Now, the Reserves. And I am sharing these in full because I think they are of interest to many of you. Bear with me here, still 1800 pages to go.. (I may not make the whole thing today it seems)
The National Guard. That seems to do it for salary of personell. I think,
Here is an interesting one (And by the way, so far this department is the most straightforward, with the least hiding. The line items aren't included, so it is just blanket money outwardly, but so far there isn't weirdness. Only $15M for this: law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/10…
$636M to provide assistance to foreign security services or other groups or individuals for support in the war on terror.
Operating expenses for the reserves, including repair of facilities and equipment; hire of passenger motor vehicles; travel and transportation; care of the dead; recruiting; procurement of services, supplies, and equipment; and communications
Operating expenses for the National Guard, including repair of facilities and equipment; hire of passenger motor vehicles; travel and transportation; care of the dead; recruiting; procurement of services, supplies, and equipment; and communications
And we are moving now into PROCUREMENT.
Aircraft for the Army, missiles for the Army, weapons and vehicles for the Army, and ammunition for the Army. Total? $15,673,017,000
We can also add $8,298,418,000 to "other" for the ARMY, bringing the total to $23,971,435,000
The Navy is up next- Aircraft, Weapons, Ammunition for BOTH the NAVY and the MARINES, and a HUGE chunk of money for ship building and repair, which is OBVIOUSLY sorely needed. Total here? $48,097,043,000 (None of this can be done anywhere but inside the US.)
Whoops! There is an "Other" section for the Navy too, of $7,941,018,000, bringing the grand total for the Navy to $56,038,061,000.
Marines now. For the procurement, manufacture, and modification of missiles, armament, military equipment, spare parts, and accessories therefor; plant equipment, appliances, and machine tools, and installation thereof in public and private plants: $1,942,737,000,
Now, the Air Force- For aircraft, missiles, space procurement (For construction, procurement, and modification of spacecraft, rockets, and related equipment, including spare parts and accessories therefor), and ammunition, the total comes to: $25,916,455,000
And the "other" section for the Air Force is $20,503,273,000, bringing the grand total for the Air Force to $46,419,721,000 (When President Trump said it funded the military, he sure did mean it.....)
General procurement, defense wide as explained below adds on an additional $5,429,270,000.
Now, that was just for fixing what they have and restocking them- fixing the ships that keep breaking and hitting one another, buying and updating our planes, supplying our soldiers with ammo, and all sorts of other day to day things. THIS is now R&D. Where we tinker with tech.
Sorry about that, took a quick break to grab a snack. OK, R&D for Army, Navy(including Special Ops), Air Force, and Defense Wide: Total? $88,097,233,000 through September of next year.
So, there is a lot more here in terms of military spending, but I wanted to total up what we have gone over here, including salary, operations, supplies, and R&D and give you some perspective. The total for these things is $376,644,777,000. That comes to $1,157 pp or $4635/fam
This is using a round number of 3m US persons. I don't know how accurate that is or if it includes illegals, etc. Then I divided it by 4 to get a fam of four but I am sure I screwed something up there.
Now we are moving on to the Clowns. I can't believe there are certain types of propaganda allwed by Congress, but I have to assume this also means overseas. This just makes me shake my head everytime I read it. If they would just remove "except allowed" I would be happy.
The Dept of Defense can hire people who aren't citizens to do their work, as long as they don't pay them more to do the same job than they would pay a US person. Other departments do not have this exemption.
I have decided, I will go on for another 30 minutes or so, save my place and pick up again tomorrow. I will continue this each day until I finish this thing, and I promise you I wont stop even if you get bored of it. The only thing that will stop me is an indictment/arrest.
Not of me-- of one of the idiots we have been investigating for the past decade. LoL.
Again, don't use these funds to try to lobby the government. We aren't having it..
Here on page 295, they are warning the military not to be bought off by certain adult beverage companies.. LoL
Google "Red Cross Fraud" and then wonder why we would be giving them $24m
Take around $700m of that R&D and hand it to Israel, for their "Iron Dome"
END TODAY/Pg 337

Immediately the Lake team uses the proper interpretation of AZ law; that the results of the election are UNCERTAIN. They will get into how the judge erred in his interpretation very shortly.
They state what was proven at trial; failures on Election Day were deliberate. They state what Maricopa has done; Marginalize the deliberate acts with claims of “hiccups” and diminish their impact. This, even as the closing argument blamed voters (Liddy: “You reap what you sow”)
Hot take: When big accounts ask you a question in a tweet, it’s a way for them to get engagement. I’d much rather just give you information and you’ll comment if you want — unless I truly am asking a question.
Ex: There is a hotly contested speakers race. Who do you feel should be speaker?
Or: “Retweet if you agree that pineapple doesn’t belong on pizza. Let’s show the world we hate pineapple pizza!!”
THREAD: I am having a hard time understanding the sudden call to “not politicize” things that have already been politicized or are political in nature. I didn’t want movies or comedy to be politicized. I didn’t want sports to be politicized. I didn’t want MUSIC to be politicized.
Alas, here we are. Almost 2023 and LEGITIMATELY everything is politicized. WE DID NOT DO THIS. Woke mobs did. I was perfectly happy shopping without knowing what ideology the corporation held BECAUSE THEY DIDN’T TELL US. It used to be that you did not WANT to alienate half..
…of your customer base. Now people do it as thought it’s REQUIRED.
War is OVERTLY political. War is bad, yes. BUT it is a political action, taken for political reasons. How the hell are you supposed to NOT politicize war?
Inside: “First and foremost, and missed by many, Rosenstein appeared under oath before a Senate Committee without an attorney. With an ongoing investigation into this entire mess being led by a large and growing team of US Attorney’s under the direction of John Durham, (cont)
and the way certain members of the DOJ like to throw out perjury charges (just ask Roger Stone, George Papadopoulos and General Michael Flynn), you would think if Rod were in any legal jeopardy for any of his actions that (cont)
Both of these things can be true: RR buried the FBI today in his testimony. He also clearly passed all responsibility for any and all of his actions to others. That doesn’t make him noble. He lied to the senate today under oath. That doesn’t make him noble.
He threw the entire FBI under the bus today and we learned a whole lot more about what went down over those months. But he also made a number of just completely unbelievable statements. It’s also clear as @LeeSmithDC said, that @LindseyGrahamSC wouldn’t let him fully answer(cont)
when he was going to expose more. Bottom line- I maintain position here - the hearing was damning in so many ways that I will break down soon. However, the only thing these people have is leverage over one another. That’s why McCabe made a statement today. There is no (cont)
There is no way on Gods green earth RR didn’t know that the Steele Dossier WAS PAID FOR by the DNC IN JUNE. He’s a liar and I’m sure there’s an email proving that somewhere.
Not only that - but RR actually ASKED MUELLER to investigate General Flynn for the Logan Act!
He’s literally saying his case load was too large. Wow.
