THREAD: This thread will constitute my analysis of the Special Action in Lake v. Hobbs. Buckle up! Immediately the Lake team uses the proper interpretation of AZ law; that the results of the election are UNCERTAIN. They will get into how the judge erred in his interpretation very shortly.

Hot take: When big accounts ask you a question in a tweet, it’s a way for them to get engagement. I’d much rather just give you information and you’ll comment if you want — unless I truly am asking a question. Ex: There is a hotly contested speakers race. Who do you feel should be speaker?

THREAD: I am having a hard time understanding the sudden call to “not politicize” things that have already been politicized or are political in nature. I didn’t want movies or comedy to be politicized. I didn’t want sports to be politicized. I didn’t want MUSIC to be politicized. Alas, here we are. Almost 2023 and LEGITIMATELY everything is politicized. WE DID NOT DO THIS. Woke mobs did. I was perfectly happy shopping without knowing what ideology the corporation held BECAUSE THEY DIDN’T TELL US. It used to be that you did not WANT to alienate half..

Both of these things can be true: RR buried the FBI today in his testimony. He also clearly passed all responsibility for any and all of his actions to others. That doesn’t make him noble. He lied to the senate today under oath. That doesn’t make him noble. He threw the entire FBI under the bus today and we learned a whole lot more about what went down over those months. But he also made a number of just completely unbelievable statements. It’s also clear as @LeeSmithDC said, that @LindseyGrahamSC wouldn’t let him fully answer(cont)

There is no way on Gods green earth RR didn’t know that the Steele Dossier WAS PAID FOR by the DNC IN JUNE. He’s a liar and I’m sure there’s an email proving that somewhere. Not only that - but RR actually ASKED MUELLER to investigate General Flynn for the Logan Act!

I will be live tweeting the hearing with Rod Rosenstein (where he will be asked questions 😉) on this thread when it begins. Watch here: For those who may not know, this is where I am glued to my chair typing a virtual transcript of the hearing with commentary. Excuse typos in these coming tweets, as they are inevitable. Send coffee and treats.

If I was a police officer in NYC (I know so many - God keep them safe) I’d QUIT. These people don’t deserve protection. Get the hell out of this God forsaken city before it’s too late - and this is coming from a born and raised NYer who spent decades in NYC/the boroughs. After seeing this and the other video of the cop being run over, I have realized that NY isn’t the place it was when I lived there or grew up there. It isn’t the same city. It was glorious and amazing and exciting and full of life during the Giuliani years - but this?

Judge Sullivan has filed his response in the @GenFlynn case. I am opening it now. Out of the gate this is clearly a partisan hack job devoid of facts. Now they are claiming that TURKEY should play a role in this decision when the government DID NOT CHARGE on that. This is DIS-GUS-TING. The GALL. Image

President Trump Declares Antifa a Terrorist Organization uncoverdc.com/2020/06/01/pre… via @shipwreckedcrew From the column: Existing federal statutes provide plenty of “coverage” for prosecuting domestic groups which involve themselves in terrorist activity within the borders of the United States.

Ok, now it’s clear. They have moved into “start a race war” territory. I mean, when you’ve had a Presidential candidate who has insulted an entire voting demographic with racism, what better than exploiting a horrific tragedy to try to remind those people just where they belong. These people think you are stupid.

New FBI document confirms the Trump campaign was investigated without justification thehill.com/opinion/white-… Late last week the FBI document that started the Trump-Russia collusion fiasco was publicly released. It hasn’t received a lot of attention but it should, because not too long from now this document likely will be blown up and placed on an easel as Exhibit A (Cont)

Thread: Look, I am just going to put this out there, let the arrows come as they may. I was really disturbed by this video of the woman in the park yesterday. I was disturbed at how she weaponized the race of the man filming, clearly understanding the implications. (cont) I was disturbed at how she escalated and changed her story while on the phone with the police, ending in a wildly hysterical over-exaggeration of the situation that she clearly engineered for several purposes I outline in the next tweet.

Introducing Lilly, and Cody. We adopted these two from a neighbor. Her mom had passed and she couldn’t keep them. Ever since the day we brought them home, Lilly has been my SHADOW. She’s always hopping and she literally looks like she’s smiling. Cody is a grump. Perfect for hubs ImageImage So Lilly follows me everywhere. She waits at the door when I am sleeping, she walks by my side when I’m pacing on the phone, it’s become a running joke. Every night when I’m done working, without FAIL, Lilly jumps on the couch and sits between my leg and the arm rest. I’m in love

Thread: Taking a cursory look at the judges assigned to General Flynn’s mandamus. Judge Henderson was a Deputy Attorney General in SC before coming to DC and is a fervent 2A supporter. Fasten Seatbelts. The call that General Flynn had with Kislyak was likely obtained using a warrant in a previously unannounced criminal investigation. On May 13th, Catherine Herridge released the names of individuals who made unmasking requests for calls, that resulted in the unmasking of General Michael Flynn.

I got into a little verbal altercation with a woman and her husband in Publix today. I’ll tell the story. I was with Helga and we were in the spice aisle. Mr. Beanz needed a certain seasoning to make dinner. (Yes, he’s THAT great of a man). While we were walking down the (cont) aisle, a woman was on the left side. She was examining some items unsure of which to pick. Her cart was blocking the aisle but she was deep in thought. I looked to Helga and said “I don’t want to interrupt her while she’s looking. Let’s be patient and wait for her to finish”.

Just a word of advice: everyone is checking out the case of General Flynn now, reading through the filings etc. Resist the temptation to tweet something as though it’s a horrible new thing that’s happening - it’s taken me 5+ years in reading dockets and I STILL don’t (cont) understand everything. Things that are filed are usually descriptive as to why - they reference a previous number or order etc. It will end up being more harmful if people start getting upset about basic procedural things - ie: the “interested party” filing today.
