1. @realDonaldTrump wants out of #Syria (goal).
2. He knew how #DeepState would respond to this (#ChemicalAttack).
3. #Mattis stated that we could not verify the chemical attack from April 2017...and there's massive evidence #ISIS/resistance was behind it.

4/ #Assad had basically secured things in #Syria. #ISIS and the resistance was destroyed. He was in control. Why would he do this #ChemicalAttack, at this point, to bring the whole world down on him...snatching defeat from the jaws of victory? He is not behind it. 
5. With this context, read my interpretation of the verbiage used by #Trump to understand the hidden message:
