1/ I've collated, inspected, taken earliest observed time of #Douma hospital photos and videos. All come from two jihadists; nearly all from a single room during probably less than half hour with no casualties and no more than 30 (mostly children/babies). Jihadi flash mob?
2/ most hospital photos/videos uploaded between 23:27D(amascus) and 2:32D. Two photos from earlier in the day(17:00D), a short video of one boy on puffer(22:30D). One trailer video from next morning. 6 videos totaling only 2:23 minutes; ~20 distinct photos (excl dupes,repeats)
3/ All or nearly all hospital photos & videos first uploaded by Fadi Abdullah/Douma Revolution and/or Yaser al-Doumani. Same as massacre photos and videos uploaded before next daybreak. Timing relative to massacre photos/videos interesting.
4/ First photos of massacre uploaded at 22:53D (Yaser); 22:56D by DoumaRevolution.
Earliest hospital photo uploaded at 23:27D, more than half an hour after dead body photos. Does uploading reflect real sequence? i.e. did discovery of dead people PRECEDE children going to hospital
5/ also relevant. Two of the children in the flash mob at the hospital have been in multiple jihadi videos previously.

quantitative question about men and children in hospital video: how many of them left on buses for jihadistan and how many stayed in Douma? I'll bet that not a single person is still in Douma. Which raises question: why would symptoms impact jihadi families, not civilians?

interest news about two Russians apparently visiting Skripal on March 4. Arrived at train station at 11:48, walked towards Skripal house, seen on CCTV at 11:58. Next seen on CCTV at 13:05 near town center, back to train station at 13:50. Skripals seen on A360 at 13:35, then
2/ then at Sainsbury parking at 13:40, feed ducks at 13:45, then to Zizzis and Mill Pub (inconsistent versions of order), collapse on park bench at 16:15. Window for Russians at Skripal house is about 12:05 to 12:45. Police say they sprayed doorknob. Wonder if they met Skripal?
3/ if Skripals were inside house at time and left just prior to A360 sighting, then both must have touched outside doorknob on exit at say 13:20 - note: usually only one person in party shuts door, but maybe they forgot something.

2/ for the purposes of guessing the redactions, the Schiff Memo appears to have been written in Times New Roman font 11, with left and right margins ~1" and 1.18". In case anyone wants to examine other possibilities in this paragraph or elsewhere in memo.
3/ our best guess as to first two redactions is "from an American diplomat" (Elizabeth Dibble) and "to a senior diplomat in London" (Alexander Downer). Reasoning is explained here: steemit.com/papadopoulos/@… Obviously speculative. I can't see any valid reason for redactions.
