In 2007 Manafort formed a “real estate” biz called CMZ with & Arthur Cohen & Brad Zackson. Zackson has been called Fred Trump’s rt hand man but Fred had Alzheimers & Trump Org was run Donald when Zackson was their top sales guy.

Zackson was a convicted felon, served time in prison for attempted murder (gun).
2011 NY Observer reported CMZ Zackson met with Donald over potential partnership on above deal according to emails they obtained.
