Wokeness is a cancer on society causing endless moral panics & harming normal innocent people. The justice system is dead.

Reminder: One of America's Founding Fathers ran a beer brewery, instigated street fights, & took part in brawls

The only "disqualifying temperament" for Supreme Court is being a Leftist Pansy who rules on emotion, not facts & law

Thread w/ Sam Adams' words of wisdom
#Kavanaugh "Let us remember that if we suffer tamely a lawless attack upon our liberty, we encourage it, and involve others in our doom."

-Samuel Adams, Founding Father & Beer Enthusiast

Democrats: For Blacks or Just Power?

1. "Blacks are...more likely to be wrongfully convicted than whites...for sexual assault"

Dems now want to lower the standard of proof for sexual assault claims vs men which will disproportionately hurt Black Men… 2. "At any given time, it's estimated that more than 20,000 people in prison are there over false accusations, faulty evidence or something else that went wrong, but could prove their innocence."

*Apparently false accusations DO happen*

The poem "If" by Rudyard Kipling is thoroughly apropos of this moment, Kavanaugh's performance, & @LindseyGrahamSC

If you can keep your head when all about you
Are losing theirs and blaming it on you,
If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you.., But make allowance for their doubting too;
If you can wait and not be tired by waiting,
Or being lied about, don’t deal in lies,
Or being hated, don’t give way to hating,
And yet don’t look too good, nor talk too wise:

Credibility of Swetnik Accusation

1. Think back to your final days in High School. It was finally OVER! I mean it was fun and all, but coordinating house parties around parent vacations, finding booze & SAT's got old. You were finally moving on to the promise land: COLLEGE! 2. No more High School sophomores and juniors tagging along. Your own dorm room with no parents around. And of course, the fabled Epic College Parties.

And aside from growing out of the lame High School Social Scene, you'd be so much more mature, knowledgeable & refined...

Dems, #MeToo, & Our Sons & Daughters

1. I was talking politics with my wife tonight and she made a great point. It's obviously horrifying thinking about your son growing up in a world where he can be a studious scholar athlete who... 2. ...graduates from Yale College & Yale Law School, remains a virgin until well after college, raises a wonderful family, rises to become an Appeals Court Judge while promoting & helping men & women of all races along the way, and after all that...

1. Following on the thread below (did AG Lynch approve emergency FISA warrant in June 2016 based on Crowdstrike story?), if you really want to go down the rabbit hole - look at how hard Obama's DOJ fought to keep bulk collection going in 2015, the timing & players 2. On May 7, 2015 a federal Appeals Court ruled that NSA "bulk collection" of data was illegal. And on June 1, 2015 the relevant statute (Sec 215 of Patriot Act) was set to expire. So the Obama DOJ had a decision to make...…

1. After @JudicialWatch revealed FISC didn't hold a hearing on the Carter Page FISA application, the issue became "does FISC typically hold hearings?" That misses the point.

The question is, "Should FISC have held a hearing in THIS case?" 2. There's no question - Rule 17 of the FISA Rules of Procedure anticipate that there may be hearings.

"The judge to whom a matter is presented or assigned must determine whether a hearing is necessary and, if so, set the time and place of the hearing"…

1. New angle on #InsurancePolicy: FBI set up/spied on Papadopoulos (specifically) as insurance against future revelation that Comey exonerated Hillary without disclosing he knew Russia accessed her bathroom server. If discovered, they could say - Trump knew too! 2. It's one thing to exonerate Hillary for her negligent server if nobody accessed it. "No harm, no foul" would be their rationale I guess (although still illegal). But what if we found out Russia did access it? And what if we found out Comey knew and didn't tell us? HUGE risk.

Question: Why did the FBI announce the reopening of Hillary’s email probe and issue its FIRST search warrant when her emails were discovered on Weiner’s laptop? First, the fact that the FBI conducted an “investigation” involving computer servers, dozens of cell phones (smashed, SIM cards removed), and contradictory witness testimony for 12 months without getting a search warrant already screams “the fix was in”
