so apparently @ClarksSummitU (my alma mater) has dismissed a student bc he is gay & they reserve the right to "dismiss... enrollment of those whose behavior or influence upon our community should prove to be contrary to the best interests of" the school

LGBTQ+ folks exist on these campuses & we are forced into the closet out of necessity & fear of expulsion.

Some of us didn't realize we were LGBTQ until after enrollment, some are bound by financial issues, etc. We get stuck.

this is some... fanciful stretching of terms & concepts in this article.

lots of people have already mentioned the fact that dawn, dusk, tides, beaches in general really, & a myriad of flavors show that these things are not binary 1/ it means that you unnecessarily gender your food? stereotypes mostly based in patriarchy are the reason you see meat as being manly, but I've honestly never heard bread described as feminine? maybe bc women should be in the kitchen baking it? please stop gendering your food 2/
