1. Remember the Bilderberg meeting in 2016 during the election? I believe that the order of Presidential succession was determined at that meeting, Barack would go first, followed by Hillary. 2. Clinton was acting with impunity when she set up her rogue servers. She acted as if she knew that she would be able to get away with it while acting as SecState AND be able to deal with the ramifications after Obama left office as if she knew.
