maybe "not a typo" but some caveats...
1) rape & coerced sex are lumped together, w/coercion defined as sex after someone lied, "made false promises, threatened to end the relationship, wore the victim down through repeated requests, or exerted their influence or authority"
2) definition of rape here includes "any completed or attempted sex" after "the giving of drugs or alcohol to the victim" (*not* incapacitation via drugs/alcohol)
3) sexual assault definition includes unwanted comments & flashing
4) survey was small: 148 women

Forgot about this. Ohio does indeed have this bullshit law. Dancers can also be arrested for putting thumbs in their own bikini bottom/underwear & temporarily moving fabric too far from skin
As far as I know—-& I haven’t lived in Ohio for a while—arresting strippers over petty nonsense is not uncommon, but usually predicated on some completely unrelated background grudge or politics. So @MichaelAvenatti speculation re: @StormyDaniels arrest is far from insane
