Kavanaugh argues a president shouldn’t be burdened by lawsuits, investigations & indictments, a position of obvious importance to Donald's White House as special counsel Robert Mueller continues his investigation. 2/ How did we end up here, with a President, a Congress and now a Supreme Court that do not reflect the will of the people? With a Judiciary that may be unwilling to hold an illegitimate President accountable?

1/ Today is the two year anniversary of the Trump Tower meeting when Paul Manafort, Donald Trump Jr. and Jared Kushner met with Russian lawyer Natalia Veselnitskaya and her partners after Trump Jr. had been promised that the meeting would yield “dirt” on Hillary Clinton. 2/ In the 11 months since the public learned about that Trump Tower meeting, dozens and dozens of Trump campaign links to Russia have emerged- the Moscow Project has compiled all of these contacts and 80+ contacts the public knows about.
