New Grassley letter to Ford's lawyers, who are still refusing to turn over her therapist's notes, polygraph materials & communications with the media: "if the evidence supported your client's allegations, you surely would produce it as quickly as you could. …" "I don't know what other inference we should draw from your refusal but that the withheld evidence does not support Dr. Ford's allegations in quite the way you have claimed."

This is explosive. @senjudiciary committee received a statement from a Democrat who knew Julie Swetnick in the 1990s. Here's his full statement: judiciary.senate.gov/imo/media/doc/… Key excerpt: "During a conversation about our sexual preferences, things got derailed when Julie told me that she liked to have sex with more than one guy at a time. In fact sometimes with several at one time. She wanted to know if that would be ok in our relationship."

Media is very upset Kavanaugh said the smear campaign against him is partially fueled by Democrats’ rage at losing the 2016 election. They now say he showed himself to be too partisan to sit on the bench.

The same people cheered RBG when she attacked Trump by name in July 2016. The obvious difference is that Kavanaugh has been falsely accused of some of the most heinous crimes and is defending himself, while RBG just couldn't resist attacking the Republican in an ongoing presidential election campaign.

Correct. It's a liberal group that is biased against conservatives. "[S]tudies have found indications that liberal nominees do better in the process than conservative ones. The latest ... found evidence consistent with ideological bias." nytimes.com/2009/03/31/us/… "The American Bar Association has long been a darling of Democrats for its liberal leanings" wsj.com/articles/SB100…

.@senjudiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley's office says Democrats "failed to join the Chairman’s staff yesterday evening on a bipartisan call with Judge Kavanaugh in which majority and minority staff could ask him any questions that they wanted." Committee "staff reached out to Dr. Ford’s lawyer with multiple emails yesterday to schedule a similar call and inform her of the upcoming hearing, where she will have the opportunity to share her story with the Committee. Her lawyer has not yet responded."

.@brhodes whines he is accused of "perpetuat[ing] false narratives" while claiming Obama admitted Benghazi was a terrorist attack on day one. He left out the part where his brother @davidgrayrhodes @CBSNews hid video for 53 days of Obama refusing to do so. usatoday.com/story/news/wor… Rhodes credits Candy Crowley for "providing a rare real-time fact-check," but as @JRubinBlogger wrote then, Crowley blew it. Obama's 9/12 Rose Garden "reference to 'acts of terror' (plural, not the singular attack on Benghazi) was in reference to 9/11/01 & other jihadist attacks"

In 2011, Hillary Clinton was having trouble with her unsecure, private email system. She joked with a State Department staffer that it "Must be the Chinese!" hacking her. In April 2014 Hillary told an audience that “China and Russia …. were going after the personal emails of people who worked in the State Department.”

Question for @oliverdarcy and @brianstelter: do you view Alex Jones/Infowars as the enemy of the American people? Reminder that in the days following Trump's victory, the MSM blamed what they called "fake news." They defined it in a "glossary," and Stelter said there are 3 types.
