Watch at the upcoming NATO Summit . Germany, with Angela Merkel - the antithesis to Trump - as its chancellor will be number one on the take down list. German press have picked up, reported & horrified by @BorisJohnson 'making jokes' about the dead in Libya. (UK's chief diplomat, remember.) He does not operate in a vacuum & is seriously doing an unbelievable amount of reputational damage to the UK. It's not funny.
