Nairobi’s Prima Donna Elachi was born in Kakamega, studied in rural Malava Pry School, Moi Girls Vokoli and at African Nazarine University.
What’s her official car, Maserati Levante? Does she sleep at UAP Towers? Does she bathe in Lake Rutundu? This mediocrity must fall! What medical condition afflicts Beatrice Elachi that she has to fly this way at Kenyan taxpayers’ expense? Mawinguasis Comfortiasis?

The policeman who drove former Kenyan president Daniel Moi to Nairobi from Nakuru has been interred. Only those flowers to him know tell the story, 37 years later. Are people waiting for Moi's demise to start speaking up about the attempted Kenyan 1981 military coup? What information is being kept away from the public under the official secrecy act? Gould retired Army generals, spy chiefs, aides, cooks, drivers, bodyguards, diary controllers, protocol officers publish books/document own experiences from 1978-2002 during Moi Era?

Armed Police officers, about a dozen, with automatic weapons, have raided the China Global Television Network Africa HQ in Nairobi, rounding up staff members and demanding identity/alien cards and work permits from mostly expatriates working here. They did not ID themselves. Whilst government agencies have a right to conduct their business, but the manner in which they stormed CGTN Africa HQ is despicable, unprofessional and dangerous. Several Chinese Staff members are currently unaccounted for after being violently arrested and taken away by police

Three years today since Sebastian Coe took over at IAAF from Lamine Diack, who remains under travel embargo in France. How has the world athletics body faired on under Sebastian Coe? I could well have been the last journalist to speak to Lamine Diack before he left office after the 2015 Worlds in China. He was shortly placed investigation in corruption and doping inquiry

Is the Director of Public Prosecution interested in this theft of funds meant for Kenyan athletics? There is need to question a few people at Nike who colluded with David Okeyo and a few elements within Athletics Kenya to divert sponsorship money meant for Kenyan Athletics.

Someone is telling Nairobi motorists to park their vehicles in the middle of the road on Wednesday "and walk away in protest" with other public service providers over new fuel tax.
The drugs that people consume on these streets aren't good kids.
Stay off them. Fuel taxes are just but a fraction of the bigger leadership malaise in Kenya. It's been going on for the more than a decade. Leaving cars on the road in protest is a no brainer. The problem is bigger than the number of vehicles on the road.

Two years ago, some megapnosaurus at Olympics Kenya, Sports Ministry and Parliament went for the Rio Olympic Games alongside the athletes. What happened was a shameful episode of mediocrity that will live with us for life.

nation.co.ke/news/The-scand… This year, a group of detritus megalomaniacs took themselves to Russia for the world cup. Sponsored by Kenyan taxpayers, the truant orangutans picked up from 2016.

A friend recently had a nasty encounter on the road when a Miraa-carrying vehicle nearly hit his car head-on in Timau. He asked for help driving to Nairobi from Isiolo junction as he was greatly traumatized by the incident. Police could not help him at all. For a long time, the miraa transporting vehicles have operated above the traffic laws with unbridled impunity. The law enforcement officers on the entire stretch between Meru and Nairobi are helpless in their emboldened recklessness, waving them on as they mock the law.

Now that we're recovering public land, who was illegally allocated parcels of land at Malindi State House?

Will the Public Prosecutor approve their arrest and prosecution? And who are the faceless landowners holding about ten acres of land illegally hived off in the 1960's from Nairobi State House ?

There's more to the resignation of Ronald Bukusi (C) as the Chief Executive Officer of Kenya Rugby Union than meets the eye. KRU says exit is for personal reasons, but is it entirely true? The CEO has been battling esophageal cancer for years and this seem to have been the "personal reasons" cited for his exit from the federation. But is there more from the corporate point of view in his exit?

Kenya government ought to pay the national carrier - Kenya Airways - to fly back home, stranded Kenyan athletes and officials from Nigeria. The flight connection farce at Murtala Mohammed International Airport has now turned into a low-key hostage situation. Nigeria should not be burdened with unnecessary drama like hosting the African Athletic Championship. They should be allowed to sort out their national problems without dragging everyone down with them.

I've known Najib Balala for many years, including his days in earlier governments and opposition. His latest comments on the death of endangered rhinos are unfortunate and reprehensible. He must show more spine in handling the crisis and criticism. He owes everyone an apology. Najib Balala and all the surrogates that handled this "Go to Hell" debacle must do the right thing and take responsibility. That's the irreducible minimum.

The judiciary budgetary cuts is a direct and premeditated "we shall revisit" retaliatory action by the executive for the cancelled 2017 presidential elections. UhuRuto want to see Maraga publicly cry to get funding for the courts. Tangawizi flavoured balderdash.

"Socialites have parlayed off their looks to build businesses and an enviable income" The author, perhaps a cheerleader of elite prostitution and wannabe socialite, wants young girls to release sex tapes for fame. Just like her idols, Vera,Hudda and Paris.

Rubbish journalism This is what the media in Kenya has been propagating over the years. Instagram journalism, at best. Richness over values. Those rich/hassler-millionaire politicians being interviewed on TV, radio and papers, without anyone questioning their values/source of wealth.

.@governorkibwana , before contemplating outrageous taxes, could you tap @KeNHAKenya and light up that junction into Kibwezi town on Mombasa road? Unless a tragedy is being awaited before any action is taken on that stretch of darkness. Mombasa county may have been an opposition stronghold, but there some good progress going on. The nightmarish 10KM Mombasa -Jomvu road is set to be a thing of the past. 6.5 Billion taxpayers money sunk on this one. Road will change the island for good.
