@LarrySchweikart 1) You guys need to re-read the executive summary, cause your getting it WRONG. When it talks about "no political bias", it is specifically in regards to COMEY. It is saying that, for THIS investigation, they didn't find evidence of bias by Comey, BUT... @LarrySchweikart 2) ...they found that Comey was EXTREMELY insubordinate and incompetent in his actions in handling the Clinton email investigation.
In terms of indictments it means this:
There isn't evidence to prove Comey was Seditious, but the areas were he was insubordinate he CAN be punished
