I have some BREAKING NEWS shortly.
It's actually a despicable update on illegal false arrests from the NYPD. It's utterly shameful that they city has allowed these actions to continue for years on end.
Police & prosecutors should be arrested for what I am about to report.
The City of New York has ROBBED Pedro Hernandez of his childhood. He literally spent his entire high school matriculation fighting for his life with these bogus charges from police & prosecutors.
New York will ultimately pay his family tens of millions of dollars for this.
He openly & blatantly lied about his very relevant behaviors including his own words describing them in his yearbook - i.e. boofing, devil's triangle, etc.
An investigation would easily prove this.
Yesterday, Dr. Ford's testimony was calm, methodical, reflective, honest, patient, detailed, and imminently believable.
Brett Kavanaugh was a yelling, screaming, crying, sniffling, snorting, unhinged, privileged baby - avoiding questions left and right all day long.

Let me better explain this to you.
Hours after a stranger shot #BothamJean IN HIS APARTMENT, police got a search warrant to search HIS APARTMENT.
They began their investigation into HIS MURDER by searching through HIS belongings.
She has the integrity and the vision and policies and the plans that match my values.
I’m sooooo proud of her campaign.
The most woke/righteous campaign for Governor in New York’s history.

BREAKING: The National Black Police Association writes an open letter to Nike in support of Colin Kaepernick, his protests of police brutality & injustice, and Nike’s new ad.
In it, they blast white police unions for being the divisive forces in this.
Black cops across the country support him and support his protests. We must come to grips with why they are OK with this and so many white cops aren’t.

I'll be honest: we're JUST behind our fundraising goal for the District Attorney race in Boston.
Today is the final fundraising deadline before Boston voters head to the polls next Tuesday to elect a new district attorney.
I'm supporting @Rollins4DA in this race because I believe she can win and take on mass incarceration in the county.
Rachael has run a grassroots campaign that he already reached tens of thousands of voters.
She can't afford to slow her roll before the election on Tuesday.
Let's help make sure she has what she needs to get across the finish line: bit.ly/2wsf0h9

Donald Trump’s campaign was fundamentally a criminal enterprise.
His campaign manager, the #2 staffer of his campaign, his personal attorney, his national security advisor, the first two congressmen who endorsed him, and multiple other staffers are all in jail or on the way.
We are in a very dangerous spot with Trump right now.
He’s now directly implicated in a criminal conspiracy and his aides and lifelong friends are going to prison.
I believe he’s liable to act out in destructive ways.

Wow.
The Georgia Republican running for Governor, @BrianKempGA - literally stiffed a local businessman for a $500,000 loan, but somehow wants to criticize Stacey Abrams for having student loans.
Nearly 90% of Democratic voters say they want sweeping criminal justice reforms.
But the Democratic Party on the state and national level is doing almost nothing to actually support justice reform bills and justice reform candidates.

In California, Hillary Clinton won San Diego County & Sacramento County by 20% over Donald Trump. It was a blowout.
But the state and national Democratic Party machines have allowed Trump supporting Republicans to completely control the justice systems in those counties.

A Public Statement from My Wife, Rai King, about the Attacks on Our Family
medium.com/@ShaunKing/a-p…
I want to publicly thank the Family Law Clinic @ NYU Law School for agreeing to take on my family's case.
Outrageous that it even had to come to this, but grateful to have them working for justice on our behalf.

Someone hateful has targeted my children tonight. The lowest moment of my life as a leader. Pray for us. We’re safe, but deeply humiliated.
Tonight my daughter was scheduled to star in a lead role in a musical here in NYC. We're all dressed & ready & excited.
20 minutes before the musical began, I got a phone call from the doorman of the building we live in that someone was there to provide childcare for our kids.

I want you to see this family.
They were separated by the Trump administration at the border. They're from Honduras.
I've seen some Black folk ask why we should care about this crisis when we have "our own problems."
Let me unpack my answer in a thread // 1. First and foremost, we should care about families being forcefully separated at the border because what is happening there is pure, unadulterated evil and Dr. King was right, "Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere."

Trump is a VERY formidable, nebulous political opponent and will not be easy to beat in 2020.
None of the traditional rules apply to him. And almost none of the traditional rules for who the Democrats choose to defeat him apply.
// A THREAD on how to select his 2020 opponent
1. Trump's social media following (over 100 million people combined) and his ability to use his social media presence to completely dominate the news cycle changes EVERYTHING.
It's how he beat 16 Republicans & the most inevitable Democrat in modern history.

URGENT - ALL HANDS ON DECK
Last night in Oakland a 25-30 year old heavyset white man targeted and slashed the throats of 2 teenage girls - killing 18 y/o #NiaWilson and critically injuring her sister.
Her name needs to be the #1 trending topic in the country & a national manhunt needs to be underway for her killer. She was a kid.
The 25-30 y/o white man who murdered her & critically injured her sister walked up to them both & began slashing them w/ a knife.

I'm being told that a 27 year old black transgender woman is currently being incarcerated in the Illinois Department of Corrections (1/?)
in a men's prison despite having lived as a girl from a young age. She is on hormone treatment as we speak. (2/?)

BREAKING: I am told by attorneys and activists that they expect the government to announce on Thursday that they have deported over 100 parents of separated children who've been shipped off to 17 different states.
And that they have no plan or idea on how to find or unify them.
Companies are getting filthy rich off of these kidnapped children that have been forcibly taken from their families by the American government.
It's one of the most obscene expressions of vulgar capitalism that I have ever seen in my entire life.

"Being a loud-mouthed cunt in the ghetto you would think someone would have shot this bitch by now."
-Michael Selyem, Deputy District Attorney of San Bernardino County, California - speaking on Congresswoman Maxine Waters.
newsweek.com/san-bernardino…
Racist, bigoted, sexist Deputy DA Michael Selyem MUST be fired after his vulgar death threat against Congresswoman Maxine Waters.
He is incapable of administering unbiased & impartial justice.
The Supreme Court has just upheld Trump’s Muslim Ban - basically citing that he has the power to do such a thing.
This never had anything to do with American safety. It was/is all about bigotry and Islamophobia.
Shame on Trump and shame on this nation.
If you've ever heard me speak, you've likely heard me say that it's hard to know and discern a moment in history when you are in it.
We are currently in one of the most bigoted, racist, and disturbing times in American history. Right here. Right now.
