(Thread) #CivilSocietyStrategy - A few observations:
1. #localgov have a stat duty to secure sufficient services & activities for young people to improve well-being. It got a few paragraphs. We've waited a long time for a Youth Strategy & focus on high quality youth work. 2. Youth work & services don't seem to seen as part of a system or a sector that involves central and local govt, social and private sector organisations which intertwines - can't have one without the others #CivilSocietyStrategy
