I have been quietly asked why I am so adamant about promoting #MarchForOurLives. So bear with me. I have attended numerous military funerals for those I served with. Friends. Last year, one I felt as close to as a true brother was gunned down in Jacksonville, Florida. He was carrying groceries into his garage, in a gated community, on a secure, Military installation. 2 armed youths shot him twice each in his garage. He was a decorated, honorably discharged soldier working as a military contract on a Security job.
