Hiral came with her family from India to the United States at the age of three.

Hiral’s parents were seeking the American dream.

Her family struggled at first but her father eventually secured a job in his field of structural engineering. Hiral’s parents knew the United States was a place where if you worked hard & lived by rules of democracy, you could be successful no matter where you came from.

Hiral’s Mom was a social worker & director of a senior center.

Hiral’s Mom initiated Meals on Wheels for the center.
