We have a president who thinks women are property and he can grab them whenever he wants.
People elected him knowing this.

17 years ago today, l was on the phone with a friend and the line went dead. She worked in the WTC and fortunately she and her husband made it out. But other friends did not and so many people lost a spouse, partner, parent, & /or child in NY, DC and PA that day!

There were also many "life lessons" we had the opportunity to gleen in the years to come.

For example we learned that conspiracy theories can be appealing and thus we had to learn how to detect a conspiracy theory from truth.

Sometimes I think the only question that matters is how does any adult convince themselves that it is ok to be a(n) racist, sexist, agist, homophobe, abuser, liar, hater, elitist, rapist, etc?

We currently have an epidemic of these afflictions so it merits some thought...

The truth is everytime someone displays the hate, they are showing you how wounded they are. It does not excuse their choices to act out the hate.

But realizing they are wounded can help to prevent you from taking on their anger and hate.

We have known that Trump's actions suggest he is a puppet for Putin. Today confirmed that.

If we are going to make a #BlueWave2018 happen, one very critical area is to find out who in your area is specifically focused on getting the full rainbow of voters registered??

If there is, consider volunteering!

If there is not, please consider contacting local churches, community centers, farmer's markets, to see how you can work with them to get everyone registered!

Also did you receive a lot of Puerto Rican refugees in your state? Who is helping ensure they are registered?
