My story. I met a Spanish woman in 2001. I married her in 2012 in Spain. For work reasons she continued to live in Spain and I continued to live in England This didn't matter because we were both European citizens and we travelled freely between our two countries sometimes living in England, sometimes in Spain and sometimes apart.
