Great analysis of the Canadian Securities Administrators new guidance on ICOs and securities by @Osler_Law. Summary:

- Most ICOs/SAFT (utility tokens) are securities
- Same approach as SEC
- No new regs: existing secutiries rules apply
- Enforcement coming
