Ricin charges dropped against Georgia white supremacist mydaytondailynews.com/news/national/… Some at the more extreme end of right wing extremism have been fixated with ricin for decades. There was a limited interest in pure nicotine and abrin but those seemed to have died down in popularity after darknet sites like Black Market Reloaded were targeted by the FBI.

Tucson Fake Child Sex Camp / Rape Tree Update:

Yesterday, the non-veteran founder of Veterans on Patrol, Lewis Arthur, was criminally indicted on felony trespass charges for breaking into and going through a private cattle ranch residence in June. Lewis and his companions, two of whom were also indicted, videotaped themselves going through the residence and posted it online.

It was creepy.

Twitter. Twitter. Twitter. You have to admire Twitter's algorithm. "Cats and guns" is a pretty good description of my social media presence and they've made recommendations that are safer (less extreme) than the stuff I tend to post.

Hurricane Florence: Last night, the Oath Keepers told their supporters that the Cajun Navy has "formally" asked them to come to the Carolinas and provide them with armed security against looters. This story has gotten these guys really frothed up about going after looters and violent criminals. abcnews.go.com/US/police-arre…

Calling all history nerds.

Does "laid up with the Grubbs" sound familiar to anyone?

It appears in an 1805 newspaper classified advertisement taken out by a wealthy, politically-connected landowner in rural North Carolina. By the way, if you ever find yourself digging through 1805 NC classified ads, you're going to be depressed.

Tucson Update: Michael Lewis Arthur Meyer, the non-veteran founder of Veterans on Patrol, has three current legal issues and a couple of potential ones. 1) His April 2018 assault case. He was sentenced on Tuesday to 100 hours of community service & claims that he's found an accommodating non-profit who will count his current venture (playing soldier in the desert in search of child sex traffickers) toward his those hours.

The absurdity of the federal government. Exhibit A.

In 1998, Congress wrote a law that prohibited the IRS from calling someone an "Illegal Tax Protester" or any similar label in their taxpayer records. An "illegal tax protester" aka "tax denier" aka "Constitutionally challenged individual" is someone who relies on sovereign-citizen-like fake legal theories to try to get out of paying income taxes.

I've been posting quite a bit about the fake "child sex camp" situation in a homeless encampment in Tucson, AZ. A Canadian chapter of the extremist group Soldiers of Odin has borrowed a chapter from the Tucson scheme as an excuse to go after a homeless camp. More details here, but very little press so far. cheknews.ca/soldiers-of-od…

Ok. I need a reality check. I'm admittedly clueless about stuff outside of my bespoke bubble.

Are Flat Earthers for real? Or is this just a fun game that a lot of people are in on? I mean, these numbers are not insignificant.

Tucson update: Lewis Arthur of Veterans on Patrol is kicking up the drama. Again. First it was the fake "child sex camp" and "rape tree" in Tucson. Then it was the skull found in the desert. Now it's his ongoing court battles & threats made by a former Bravo Base resident. He has three main legal issues at this time.

1) awaiting sentencing in his April 2018 assault w/ intent to cause injury case
2) new misdemeanor charge for failing to show up for that assault trial
3) new misdemeanor criminal trespass charge for something he did last year.

Dear extremists, you are going to be judged by the worst in your movements. You can say that only a tiny % of [extremist group members] resort to violence, but what will be heard; [extremist group members] are violent. You can complain about the broad brush which will not change a thing, or you can self-police your movements by not associating with the violent extremists in your midst. Shun them, kick them out of your groups, block them. No one else is going to do this for you.

The So Cal Holy Fire is burning out of control in Orange County. 10,000+ acres have burned, and it's only 5% contained. The sheriff has arrested Forrest Clark, 51, on suspicion of arson. He threatened to burn everything down in a message to the sheriff a week earlier. Based on his social media pages, Clark is a sovereign citizen who believes in just about every kooky conspiracy out there, including QAnon, Pizzagate, Jade Helm 15, flat earth theories, NESARA, Jesuit conservancies, shape-shifting lizard overlords. You name it, he believes it.
