Dear #LGBTQ community, we need your help. There are three men who are local church leaders in our community who are petitioning the library board to have all books with homosexuals removed from a banned book display the library has up for Banned Books Week. At first they were just mad about the covers of a few books, but now it has escalated. Now they have written a letter asking for the removal of the display, and verbally expressed that they would like to pursue the destruction of all books regarding homosexuality in the library.
