1 . You are a non-minority trust and have a school with 100 Seats. #RTE stipulates you set aside 25 seats for (whatever arbitrary quota Govt decides) -- all fine till now.

BREAKING : No reservation at all in Minority Colleges (Aided and Unaided) both Religious and Linguistic in Mumbai - the cream of the cream. BU has 250 Minority Colleges affiliated to it.

Dear @BJP4India - be aggressive and confront Rahul's "protect constitution" yatra. EXPLAIN that BJP has done so many constitutional amendments for protecting SC/ST rights. Here is a list (use this in every meeting) 1999 : 81st Amendment = carry forward rule
2001: 82nd Amendment = relaxation in qualifying marks

BOTH for SC/ST - done by BJP.

What does "Minority Status' achieve for Aided Colleges ?
