Levinson was retired FBI working for CIA at the time.
2009 Meuller attempted an "off the books" rescue mission to get Levinson back.
McCabe was appointed to oversee this secret rescue McCabe approached Oleg Deripaska (a wealthy Russian businessman)
to illegally fund the secret mission.
Meuller was FBI head at the time & gave McCabe the green light.
McCabe was Deripaska's "handler" in this secretive illegal project.
