The President and his administration have done a lot to anger me, but as someone who lost her 58-year-old father to cancer he contracted as a result of his exposure to Agent Orange in Vietnam, this is by far the biggest slap in the face.

My dad was in Vietnam at the end of the war, after the US stopped using Agent Orange. He thought he wasn’t at risk for exposure.

1. As we knew, the content sought to divide Americans on religious, racial, sexual & other social lines 2. A lot of the ads are positive and *not* divisive, seeking to build community before increasingly large asks (sharing, commenting, showing up to protests IRL)

One of the first more successful/costly ads, from 2015. Posts promising "updates" (including one about the Charleston shooting) seem to perform better so far. Also notice targeting- Baltimore, Ferguson, and surrounding.
