- Mandatory liability insurance for possession of ANY firearm which can shoot bullets with a kinetic energy >1,000 Joules (i.e. AR-15 & others) - "Point system" like w driving—lose gun privileges if you are irresponsible (i.e. not safely storing guns)
- Enhanced BG checks with centralized database linking FBI, local police & others
- Mandatory BG checks on ALL gun transfers (22% of owners have obtained guns w/out checks)

A kid calling for sensible gun reform has outnumbered the entire NRA—in just 10 days. The craziest part is it's not even slowing down… it's gaining momentum. This has never happened after any other mass shooting. For reference, Emma is now getting just under TEN times as many followers/day as Justin Bieber
